Word of advice, when a customer enters part of your store that has no signage for employees only and is open to the public, instead of threatening to call the police on them immediately and accuse the them of stealing, ask them if they need assistance/ kindly inform them that the area is for employees only. Just lost my business and a couple others. Will look into escalating this to corporate, absolutely unacceptable

I will say this. The manager of the Frisco Texas location makes things go. He works and multi tasks. Unlike a Federal Govt employee that works from home 2 hours a day 3 days a week for 6 figures. They work hard and did everything to make my purchase and requirements happen. It's not a Staples perfection store that charges double the price for everything. It's a warehouse and that's where you save your money. I would hire this manager in a flash. Just go with that in mind. Not glamorous place but very nice people who know what they are doing

The team at Office Depot is amazing. I have been a customer for years. I buy school supplies to donate to charities and support local families.
I've appreciated the sales, rewards program, and willingness to above and beyond. From management to the employees, everyone is great. Paul is super friendly and cares about the customers.
I highly recommend this location.

I came in to print a greeting card. And after asking several times how the process of me ordering and printing in store, it was like the associate didn’t want to go through the process of me ordering in store. When I finally order she tells me it’ll be a few minutes, but it wasn’t until another associate asked me what I was waiting on to then inform me the printer is down and being fixed. The first associate never even mentioned that to me — she just told me a few minutes which turned into much more than a few.

Office depot employees are the friendliest people I encounter. I just came in to get prints and the guy behind the counter was super nice, didn't catch his name but he was superb! Great job office depot.
