I went to this location today with my two year old to use the super cash.. experience was great until checkout. The Caucasian woman at the front using cashier-3582353 was extremely irritated because she had to price match items. As this is part of the job she signed up for it shouldn’t have been an issue to do this. She stepped away and allowed a gentleman to assist me whom was apologetic and got the two items matched expeditiously. She wont stop me from returning because the location is convenient for me on weekends but the attitude needs to be checked. If she doesn’t like her job she needs to find another form of income.

Old Navy used to have super cute baby clothes. But these days I just can’t find what I’m looking for. They also don’t carry maternity clothes in store which makes shopping difficult for my wife.

As a shopper, I love this location. I find the best deals here. a few weeks ago I was able to find dress shoes for $1.95 a pair! (They're all gone now)As an educator of adults with disabilities, I LOVE how supportive this location's staff are of my students. We do work based learning here a few times a week and the kids always look forward to it. Angel and Jen always have work for them to do, and are so helpful. We love you guys!!

I went to this location last Saturday. There was a large holiday crowd. However, the checkout line went very fast. I would note that there were not many sales associates working on the floor as they were all at the registers. In my case, it made my experience better as the items I was looking for were readily available and visible.

The selection was typical of every other Old Navy, but the staff left a horrible impression. Not a single staff member greeted me, despite making eye contact multiple times and brushing past me without an “excuse me” or anything. They greeted others who did not look like me, which did not feel great. While I found really nice items to purchase, I do not want to support individuals who looked at me as if I shouldn’t be there, so I left. I will not be returning.

The floors were so dirty and have been for a long time. Piles of big dust bunnies that are the size of rabbits under hanging clothes and trash on floors. You would think being in Frisco they wouldn't be like that. It is better to shop in Prosper Old Navy, clean, and you can breathe better

I just wanted to say that I received amazing customer service in the old navy by Stonebriar . I’ve been here 5 years and people made you feel like a burden and it was sloppy but now it’s clean , they greet you when you come in and it feels better. Their pixie pants are awesome fitting and for quick easy to wear clothes it’s great. A girl named Kennedy helped me ask for her. She’s bubbly cheerful and I def made her work looking for four pjs that were the same for my grandkids to match . Good customer service is rare these days . At the register Emily was nice as well trying to fond me any discounts possible and I appreciated that .

I've been consistently impressed with Old Navy's clothing brand. The variety of styles they offer, coupled with affordable prices, makes it a go-to for updating my wardrobe. The quality is decent for the price point, and their sales and promotions make shopping even more enjoyable.
