Maurice Lee IS SO AWESOME! Very accommodating and patient with us when we couldn’t decide how many bedrooms we needed. He was always ready to take us on tours late at night when I got off work. He truly made house hunting easy and paid free! He helped us get into a rental this time and I will be sure to call him when we are ready to purchase!

Maurice is as awesome a real estate agent as they come. He came highly recommended by a good friend of mine, and I will be forever grateful for the referral. In 2018, I was only THINKING about moving to Dallas. My decision was not set in stone. I made a trip to scout the area. Maurice reached out to me at that time, and showed me properties as if I came to him cash in hand, ready to buy. He has treated me like client since LONG before I ready to purchase a home. When I decided to relocate, Maurice helped me find an apartment I LOVED before even arriving in TX. We did a virtual walk through via Facetime. Maurice Lee and his team are incredible. For starters, he lights up any room he enters. He smiles, he’s fun and that goes a long when when you’re nervous about buying a home. Our process was a seamless as possible and we actually closed and got our keys on the expected close day. Whew! We got a beautiful gift basket to celebrate and he checks in with us periodically to make sure things are well. It’s a pleasure each time.
