This bank is Amazing. I've been with origin for about 25 years, give or take (they used to be Community Trust) and they have never once disappointed me. The staff in North Texas, and specifically the Frisco staff, April, Cotis, Jordan et. al. have provided us with service that borders on ridiculous. They know my family's names, knowing exactly who we are when we call, they understand us and our business, and we can bank with them being confident we are being treated fairly. They have caught fraud and reimbursed me, they have funded no telling how many loans, they have refunded me for transactions I disputed well past what you'd expect a bank to do. They respond to my emails, they personally fix problems, they follow up on every issue. They have always come through on the big things, but it's the daily little ones that really make the difference. They never, ever, nickel and dime you with nonsensical fees. So much more than just a bank. If you aren't banking here you're seriously missing out.

I met with April today to discuss banking options for personal as well as professional accounts. She was very honest with what options would be the best for us. I am excited to work with this bank.

Wow - I went in to Origin Bank this week and was welcomed right away and they answered all my questions. Warm, friendly and helpful - that is what a bank should be. Well done Origin Bank, well done.

I have banked with Origin since the early 90's. I grew up in Louisiana and banked with them as Community Trust. I have seen them grow by leaps and bounds in that time. All along the way they have maintained the same level of excellent personal service. I moved to Texas in about 2006 or so. While I still had accounts in Louisiana because of business interests, I was forced to bank with Wells Fargo in Texas since Origin wasn't here yet. Thank God Origin came to town. I have since moved all of my business and personal loans, checking, and savings to these guys. My mother keeps substantial assets with them as well April, Cotis, and others have been beyond helpful to the extreme. They know your name, know your business, and provide the kind of service people used to be accustomed to with a small community bank - but they aren't a small community bank anymore. Truly refreshing to deal with these kind of people. I cant say enough good about them and I am done with other banks.
