I have been to the store multiple times to return/purchase new things for my daughter. Each time they tell me I am not signed up for their perks program. I have done it 3 times now. I even received the welcome email/welcome discount in the mail which I brought in to use during my last visit. I told them to forget it, not going to waste my time signing up every time I go when clearly something is wrong with their system. The girl who helped me was incredibly rude to myself & everyone she checked out ahead of me. Her name was Kylie. She did not seem happy to be working there. I wish there was another store closer to me so I don’t have to go back to this one.

I went there before they closed to pick up my already payed curbside order gurl looked outside couple minutes after but went six inside then after waiting for a couple minutes I went to the door again just for the girl to tell me in a snippy tone that they close at 7 even so I was there before 7 like it’s to much to give me my back that I payed for it you can’t to curbside don’t offer it

Always slow to be able to check out. Staff is rarely helpful or attentive to customers. Store will not provide store credit for unused merchandise...they make you buy something from that store immediately even if they don't have the right size or styles for you. Horrible policy.
