Needed last-minute help and Aleah? was very nice and super helpful. I really appreciate her. It was near closing when I was leaving and she had people still coming in and she was also still very patient with them. Great staff! We will see about the spray tan!

First of all, wonderful friendly helpful service. Then, the bed I used was SUPER-HOT just like I prefer. Other locations I've visited have not had beds this strong. I never burn, but my face was a bit red, just like I love. Can't wait to return today!Services: Tanning

I called in to see how much it cost to spray tan and the girl responded $42.00. But then when showed up the girl name Izza said it was $64.00. She replied that one isn't going to do much,so then I asked what about the next level, she said it's about the same. She was extremely unprofessional and rude. She has no business working in the service industry!!!! I do not recommend Plam Beach Tan.Service: Spray tanning

Palm beach tan in Frisco is clean, and new. The girl up front isn't super friendly, and wasn't super helpful when I came in to get some ideas on what they offered. It had been a long time since I had been in a tanning bed and I was going out of town for a weekend away, and needed some advice on what would be best to get a small base tan. She only gave me the option of the 10 pack which was $170 and not something I wanted to spend just for a couple times. She even let me go in the bed for the full time which I hadn't been in the sun in a while so you can guess where that got me... just wish their customer service was a little better! That's what you are there for, to help people and give good recommendations based on your knowledge. Otherwise I like this place

I went in to ask about memberships and pricing since you can’t join over the website. The staff were not well informed on services and didn’t give me much information besides “here’s our beds. Which plan do you want?” Granted, the staff is extremely young. But I’d highly suggest the management teach these kids some sales Skills. At the very least have pamphlets and the ability to sign up over the website since the staff is only there to place towels on beds and sit on counters while sipping their drinks and eating snacks.On a positive note, the beds do seem very nice. I hope the customer service improves. I did not join today because no information was really given besides the price (which wasn’t even pitched right after I checked the website).Service: Tanning

I started going to this location and was happy with the level of service. However the last month they are always out of everything. As a Spray tan customer hair nets, the right color and special additives are a must! I get supply issues but the staff is always sitting on the counters and chatting. I have to ask for basic items that should be included. I feel like I am begging you to take my money and hope I get the results I paid for. Today, 4 associates sitting on the counter and they made no attempt to help solve my problems. Just sorry! Please fix these issues.

The employees here are very rude and lack "Basic Customer Service Skills" I walked in and was NOT greeted and I had to tell the girl what my last name was without her asking. As I walked out I saw the 2 girls sitting down on the floor behind the counter and they both saw me leave and didn't even say goodbye.. Super unprofessional! what happened with the PBT staff?? Everyone used to be super friendly and now it's not the case. Why hire employees who lack customer service skills? PBT please do better! Thanks

I rarely ever write negative reviews, but the staff here are so rude, unhelpful, and unfriendly, i wish I would've known beforehand. I understand staffing can be hard and not everyone loves their job, but at least greet customers as they walk through the door and answer questions in a respectful way. I would honestly go anywhere else but here for a spray tan or tanning bed.

this isn't a review for the staff as much as it is for pbt as a company. i am beyond pissed, completely bewildered as to how i, a customer with a platinum membership to specifically be able to versa and have my formula perfected to a t, a customer of what 10 plus years now, suddenly go to the salon to spray and you guys completely did away with the versa to only replace it with a serious pos joke?! not to mention without any notice, your staff didn't know how to even use the effing machine bc they didn't even know it was switching to your pos invention of worthless defective bs spray. then you are telling me now i have to pay every time i want to spray to remotely achieve the color i am used to getting?!?!! i spray 2-4x a week are you f*cking kidding me?! you want me to pay you more money on top of the $115 already a month?!?! and no notice no information?!?! i probably wouldn't be slightly less upset if your pos machine was a fraction as good as the versa!!!! your version is a painfully d*** and bold fail. sure you have a few locations left temporarily with a versa but i live too far from those locations. this is disgusting and absolute bs zero business/customer service. you have zero shame in how you operate. again, this is not aimed for the staff, but for palm beach tan as a whole. i'm not just leaving this review here but i am looking into options and avenues as to how i can make this right for myself and hopefully others as pbt has no desire to other than i'm sure to just send a generic auto message of "we apologize for your recent experience, please email blah blah". fix it. you make stupid amounts and are one of the largest chain tanning salons. you can, should, and hopefully will.

The staff was polite, however, I wanted to do a Mystic Spray Tan. The only solution they had was light, so I had no choice but to do the Versa (which I don't really like). When I got to the room there was no shower cap, no baby wipes, and they gave me a hand towel for my entire body!!! I was not the only customer still here shortly after closing, but the doors were locked as I was trying to leave and neither person behind the counter felt the need to get off their a** and unlock it for me. Just lazy staff here because of piss-poor management.
