I have been in this store many times over the last five years. I always find something. This is one of my go-to stores for a pair of work slacks or something more sophisticated for a night out. I decided to leave a review today because I'm reading some of the other reviews, and I don't think the reviewers are even talking about the same store. This store has my information and the only marketing I get is a birthday postcard in the mail once a year. I have never seen them burning candles. The store is always fresh, clean, and well organized.

What a lousy store! Dear Owner: Please keep your dog at home, please don't carry the dog around the store, please don't sing, please don't be so pushy, please straighten your racks and organize your store, please don't burn nasty candles and/or use air spray to get rid of the smell of your dog. Will never return to this store. Simply disgusting!!

My daughter tried on a pair of pants she loved. The salesperson told us the pants had 60% off. We were so

Worst shopping experience ever!!! The owner is so pushy, walks around singing in the store (P.S. we don't want to hear you singing), carries her dog around with her letting it touch all of the expensive clothes, and the store smells like a really bad candle or cheap air spray. They have all the right brands, but the store is a total mess. Ladies, chose an organizational style and keep the store organized and looking at its best. Will never return to this store again!

This is a great little shop! They have items that you won't find elsewhere, and the staff is wonderful. They call me when they're having a sale too (: love my little girlfriend boutique

I'm posting a review because I made a one time purchase in the store three years ago. This store refuses to remove my phone number from there marketing and sales calls. Each time they have called, I have been polite and respectful asking them to please remove my number. And Now I'm receiving text messages. If you decide to shop there, be sure to think twice about giving ANY personal information. Not happy with there aggressive sales tactics ~ I will never step foot into this store simply because they don't know when to leave customer alone.

This is my hands-down favorite women's store in Frisco. I love Joseph Ribkoff and they have the best selection. The customer service is also top notch and I can count on Pam to wardrobe me with outfits that I will love.

I won't shop here again! I bought two Brighton bags on a Friday afternoon. I went in Sunday (two days later) to return one of the bags. This purse had never been taken out of the bag it was sold to me in. All the stuffing was still in the purse and the tags were still on it. I had never used it. I was told they would not take it back because #1- their system was down, #2 - Brighton would not allow them to return it as each bag is registered, #3 - it is their store policy to not accept a return. Pam never told me this when I bought two bags from her on Friday. Shelby allegedly called the owner and District Manager, neither of which she said were able to make a decision. If they couldn't make a decision, who could? She asked me to come back Tuesday. I told her I provided the receipt, a bag that had never been used with all the tags on it, I don't know why coming back Tuesday would change anything. In my opinion, this is one of the poorest examples of customer service I have ever experienced. I went to the Brighton store in Stonebriar Mall. They told me that is absolutely not their return policy. They asked me to get the bag and bring it in. I did. They took it back and re-registered it. It took 10 minutes. They did all this with a smile on their face and gratitude for my business. This was the exact opposite of my experience at Pappagallo's.

I love Pappagallo's. I can always find something there. Pam, and Shelby, and Paula are all great...very attentive...and honest. I hate when I come out of a dressing room in something I KNOW doesn't look good on me but all the sales people go on and on about how great it looks. The ladies at Pappagallo's aren't like that. If they think it looks like crap, they will tell you (in a nice way, of course!) Great merchandise, convenient location, reasonably priced. I highly recommend you check it out.

The absolute worst shopping experiences of my life. This shop is run by older ladies who really don't have much care about you or your business. 0 stars would be more appropriate, but you can't do that on here. All they care about is making an immediate sale....stay away!

This is my first time shopping here and I was very impressed with the level of service. The salesperson helped me find exactly what I wanted and continued to bring me items while I was in the dressing room. I purchased two pairs of jeans & they found my size in another pair that I liked at another store and are having it transferred over for me tomorrow.

I am in Celina visiting family and friends and had brunch at Bonnie Ruth's in the plaza and walked over to this boutique afterwards because it caught my eye on the way in. They have a nice variety of dressy and casual clothing, shoes, jewelry and art. They even carry Brighton merchandise. Pappagallo had a small sale section in the back where I bought a dress and a tunic for $60. What a great deal. Paula was the salesperson that helped us and she was very knowledgable and gave us room to shop. I will definitely visit this boutique next time I am in town.
