Great spot! they do oil changes for mini cooper's, which a lot of the quick stop oil change spots don't. One of the mechanics has a Mini and is knowledgeable with this vehicle. I'd recommend

Terrible shop. My tire had a small nail hole on the tread and they kept saying there was already a patch on it when they're wasn't. Made me lose time. Do not go here

Horrible. Received promotional email to book an appt for brakes. I booked and showed up for my appt at 9am on my day off from work. Was told no one is available to do mechanical work and they could reschedule me.
No thanks, will never come to pep boys again. Waste of time.

I’m going to Plano store for tires, these folks told me I’d have to wait 3 weeks for Cooper AT Force tires - WITHOUT EVEN CHECKING THEIR STOCK OR HOUSTON WAREHOUSE. I called the Plano store and they ordered my tires on Thursday and had them at the store on the following Monday.
My appointment is set for Wednesday in Plano, worth the drive - the PLANO store will get my $1000-$1200 in business for four new tires. Not this one. Good luck.

Alan n His team did a Wonderful job in fixin AC in my car. I had previously gone somewhere else very well known ' that quoted me 1,500 -3,000 Without even looking at the car!!
Here at Pep Boys they were honest n fixed issue in couple hrs without over charging me. I'm very greatful to have a working AC in this texas heat.
Alan n his team are the best! Highly recommend bringing ur car here.

This location is always very professional, knowledgeable and honest. I appreciate each employee who I’ve worked with at one time or another. I bring both of my vehicles here for work. I have never had a negative experience and they are always helpful. I’ve learned to respect what people can and can’t do because of rules and liability exposure like every job has. Also as a lady I make sure to have AAA or ERS “Emergency Road Service” for life’s unexpected vehicle incidents. I don’t have a boyfriend or husband but if I did, in certain situations that’s who I’d call as the guys here also have lives and other obligations like most people do. I’m thankful for all they do within reasonable expectation and mutual respect. Thanks guys!!! You’re the best ♥️??

I went in for new tires with an appointment. After waiting 2 hours for it to be done, I was told they only had 3 tires and not 4. I passed on only getting 3 tires and had to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to put my tires back on. Big thumbs down and I won't be back.

I called this location twice trying to inquire about my winshield wiper motor and each time I called and got someone on the line they've hung up in my face. So, I called right back both times they didn't pick up.
That is not only rude, but it looks very bad for this buisness. They won't be getting my business ever!

The service was very poor.
I bought a set of 4 new tires with the full warranty. One of them suddenly went flat after just two weeks. I called and they were out of a replacement so, I waited three days for a tire to arrive from a distant location. When I tried to get the new tire replaced, I was told the charge would be over $100. I told him that I shouldn’t have to pay anything. They finished up, left the original tire on and just replaced the valve stem.
