I know that most people think all Petsmart are the same but if you have a chance to stop by the store, particularly I would 100% recommend them. Their staff is so helpful so understanding and I can’t say better things about them. Make sure you take your love, pets for any and there needs

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Pet Grooming Service
I am writing to share my deeply disappointing experience with PetSmart grooming service. As a responsible pet owner, I trust groomers to care for my pet with the utmost professionalism and kindness. Unfortunately, my recent interaction with this service has been anything but satisfactory.
Firstly, after picking up my pet from the grooming session, I noticed a cut near the tail area. This injury was not mentioned to me at all during the pick-up, which is concerning and unprofessional. Any incidents or injuries should be transparently communicated to the pet owner immediately.
they also overcharged us, changed the booking appointment to bath and trim to bath and full haircut without asking us.
When I called customer service to inquire about the cut, I was initially told that there was no cut caused by their team. However, they promised to check with the groomer and get back to me. I appreciate the gesture, but it's frustrating that the initial response was defensive rather than understanding and empathetic. This situation warranted a thorough investigation and a proactive approach to resolving the issue.
To add insult to injury, when I attempted to book another grooming appointment for my pet, I discovered that we had been blocked from making future appointments. When I called to clarify, I was told that I had too many complaints and, therefore, could not be accommodated at their store anymore. This response is utterly unacceptable. Instead of addressing my legitimate concerns and striving to improve their service, they chose to penalize me for voicing them.
This experience has left me with a very negative impression of PetSmart's grooming service. It is essential for any service provider, especially those dealing with beloved pets, to maintain high standards of care, communication, and customer service. Regrettably, this service has failed on all these fronts. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make necessary improvements to ensure other pet owners do not have to endure similar frustrations.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE TO GET GROOMED! I have a yellow lab that loves all people. He always is fine during haircuts. They took him back just fine and we got a call that they couldn’t groom him because he was being difficult. Now everytime we go into a place to get him groomed he cries and hides between our legs. Shoutout to yall for ruining him with whatever yall did.

I was able to find the perfect hip & joint chews for my Yorkie & Yorkie Poo (that they’ll actually eat)
I was greeted as soon as I entered and The store was nice & clean. Clean places & friendly employees always provide a good shopping experience.

Never again. This young lady did not clean my little Frenchie, and the obvious was his face wrinkles being crusty. Thank you management for seeing you have a problem in that area. I didn’t think much about not being properly greated by the groomer herself. My first and last time using this location.

I stopped going to PetSmart when I learned their online store pricing would offer better deals than in-store pricing. I learned this when another shopper showed her phone to a clerk get a price match. Thinking she was matching another retailer, I showed the clerk an Amazon price and they said they only matched *their* online pricing.
I was confused. So in-store customers are better off shopping online? Or they should shop online AS they shop in the store to make sure they’re getting the best PetSmart offer? So much work to get savings.

Went in person to make appointment, with vet records in hand which showed appointment done that morning and only new item added was Bordetella. Explained dog was newly adopted but needed grooming before he had surgery in a couple of days. Female at computer scheduled us for 9:00 a.m. the next day.When I came back, I was told they could not groom him because of the “vaccine” he received. Another groomer told the first that it was a nasal spray so it was fine. The first man attempted to call someone, then went into the back and when he came back said he was right and couldn’t groom him for 48 hours after any “vaccine”. He was not in the least bit nice about any of it and when I asked why I wasn’t told when I booked the appointment, in person yesterday, he said maybe the female didn’t know. Again, I had told her that we had just come from the vet and he had had a bordetella and all other vaccines were current and gave her the vet paperwork so she could input whatever she needed.Bottom line for me is, why is it no longer important to actually know your job and how to do it and why is there so few people who understand kindness, caring and accountability in customer service? It’s truly sad.

This is an amazing pet store! The animal grooming is on point! Our Husky looks beautiful!! Also, today, we went in just to look at the pets and fish. Then, a store associate began speaking and really connecting with us! We ended up adopting an injured Bearded Dragon! It's so young so we don't know if it's a boy or girl yet, but it's perfect!! ?
