Philip Moore has been my attorney over two court cases (same custody issues). The cases were long and stressful because of opposing party, and Mr. Moore was able to handle the opposing side to make sure best possible outcome could happen. When I say he is a pitbull in the court room, I mean that he works within his full extent to make sure that the outcome is in his clients best interest. Without going into a lot of personal detail, he was able to make sure that my kids were protected, that the outcome was good for us, and that opposing counsel was not taking liberties with their requests. I used to be a legal assistant and worked with attorneys I do not trust unlike Mr. Moore, whom I trust completely.I had a few days where during the beginning of our second time that I interview a few other attorneys due to not knowing he had changed emails, and no one measured up to Mr. Moore at all and I knew if I had any other attorney they would not fight for me like Mr. Moore does. I recommend him to anyone I have met looking for an attorney.Another important aspect when looking for an attorney, aside from trust and knowing they will actually fight for you, is the team. Mr. Moore's paralegal, Jolie, is literally the best person. She knows what she is doing, she on numerous occasions was just the person I needed to speak with to make the anxiety from the case go away, and handled everything with extreme honesty. I have had attorneys in the past who would go days without response, or leaving me to wonder what was going on with the case. She made sure I was up to date and knew latest information as soon as it came in.Court cases are long, costly, and emotionally draining. In knowing this, having Mr. Moore and Jolie helped in keeping down that stress and anxiety because I knew my Family was in the best hands.

Attorney Philip Moore represented me while I was going through a high conflict divorce with three children. He and Jolie helped me navigate through this difficult time in a no-nonsense manner, because that's what this petition called for. They heard my needs and expectations and advised me accordingly. Philip is caring, yet gets the job done and his experience speaks volumes. He knew what the Judge would expect and prepared me in advance for our Hearing. We were able to get my divorce wrapped up in one hearing as opposed to let the proceedings drag on. They were judicious with my funds and kept interaction concise and prompt.Divorce is not easy, but they helped me see that it doesn't have to be heartbreaking, but a chance to being anew.

Philip was an amazing attorney. He was fair and honest with his billing. He and his Paralegal (Jolie) were always prepared, organized and gave experienced recommendations.Philip represented me in a very complex case. His experience in family law was wonderful to have.Jolie was great. She is very knowledgeable herself, and is an amazing. I very much appreciated her organization, knowledge as well. She is very trusted within the office, speaks up and gives her insight and experience as well.Working with this entire made my life easier. This is the third time we used the Pfister law firm. We did a temp custody order and then a permanent custody order for which John handled. We just went back this past year for the adoption. At the beginning of our adoption, I was not very happy because the attorney that was put on our case (Mr. Sissney) never communicated with me. The only time he did would be if I went to the county website and saw something on our case, and then I would reach out to him, and even then, he never seemed familiar with our case. After about 6 months of this, I reached out to John and addressed my concerns, and he informed me that he would be handling my case. About a week later, Philip Moore contacted me and said he and Jolie would be taking care of our case. Mr. Moore and Jolie have been awesome and have kept us informed of everything along the way. Mr. Moore was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns and questions. He advised us of what we would expect along the way so there would be no surprises. He actually treated us like he really cared. Our adoption was final on 7/28, and we couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Mr. Moore and Jolie. Thank you both for everything!
