Feel like the office needs to take a more proactive approach to care. I never complain however I feel that they should have been more compassionate and have a better understanding of the patient’s urgency to start treatment.

Took a parakeet to have it's beak trimmed. The staff was friendly and followed up before and after visit. Will certainly let others know. Would recommend for vet pet needs.

The staff is great, and Dr. Martin is so good with the animals and owners. I foster, and they give me such peace of mind when checking out new dogs and helping to treat any issues.

The staff at Plantation Pet Health Center is incredible! As a first-time pet parent, I am full of questions and they always have an answer. They truly love animals and it shows. On top of their excellent vet care, they are the only ones we trust to leave Titan with when we cannot take him with us.Titan LOVES his visits to PPHC, from an appointment, to doggie day care to extended boarding, rushing in to stay hello to the front office staff and covering the techs with kisses.I cannot recommend PPHC enough.

This is by far THE WORST experience I’ve had with a vet.I brought my 10 years old son’s guinea pig because he was doing a weird noise this morning. The doctor told me it was an upper respiratory infection and an eye infection but he NEVER said it was bad or anything.I called 5 times to tell them the guinea pig was not eating and I was worried. They said they would call me back to tell me what I could feed him, as what they suggested would be delivered 2 days later. I called to let them know he was lethargic and wouldn’t eat or drink water, the last time the girl who picked up the phone was rude and told me she would call me when the doctor responded to her. 3 hrs later from the last call the guinea pig died and my son is broken hearted. Apparently they do not care about the animals

We've been to a few Veterinary clinics in Frisco over the past 20 years. Plantation Pet Center is the best of the best. Dr. Martin is outstanding. Not only is he experienced, rigorous, and insightful, he's also genuine and compassionate. You can tell he loves your pet. He's also generous with his time. He patiently answers questions and spends more than the minimum amount of time doing so. In a town that's still growing, there's always shiny and new corporate places to go. If that's your priority (I've been there), you'll be disappointed sooner or later. This place is tried and true, and Dr. Martin is very clearly committed to his community. I simply cannot say enough good things about this clinic.

I can't praise my vet clinic enough. Dr Martin, Dr Peña and office staff here are beyond exceptional. They're incredibly knowledgeable, informative, and their passion for animals shines through in everything they do. Communication is a breeze; they're always there to address any concerns.They go the extra mile to ensure our furry friends are up to date on vaccines, prioritizing their health and well-being. This vet clinic truly sets the gold standard in pet care.

I will always recommend plantation pet health. Their office and staff are kind and welcoming as well as knowledgeable and affordable. Their prices are fair and you can tell how much everyone cares about your pets well-being.

Dr. Martin is an awesome Vet, so kind and concerned about both pets and owners. Dr Penna is fabulous on wednesdays when Dr martin is out.
