Pop Mart

Gift Shops
Hours: Pop Mart is a store for designer toys and collectibles, including popular items like Labubu. It offers both in-store shopping and a convenient online purchase system for in-store pickup, which many find smooth and quick. The store is described as clean, well-stocked, and very addictive for fans and collectors. While one location is noted as being small, another is called spacious. The available merchandise includes various cool items and blind boxes, with customers sharing the excitement of finding rare secret figures. Customer experiences highlight that employees are consistently super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and sweet. Staff are noted for keeping the store stocked, with a specific employee sometimes dedicated to online orders. A common point is that the highly sought-after Labubu figures are only available for purchase online through the website or app for later store pickup. Visitors appreciate the overall service, though some note a pet peeve with very quick restocking during browsing. For those into designer toys, it is considered definitely worth a look.
