Do not I repeat do not use this dry cleaners. I have used this dry cleaners for over 1 year and I can confirm that my clothes continue to come back dirty, uncleaned and several times with spots and stains not there previously. I used them because of their later hours due to my work schedule. After having all of my pieces I went to pick up yesterday, still dirty I am done! Do not waste your time and money with them.

Longtime customer — lost trust after missing jeans and rude service.
I used Premier/Dry Clean Super Center for over a year without issue — until I noticed my jeans slowly disappearing from my closet. One morning I put on a pair that were clearly not mine (way oversized and a different brand). Buy the time I noticed the jeans weren't mine I had no receipt. I brought them back to the store and asked for help. Management refused to accept responsibility or credit me for the cleaning. Instead she loudly insisted I had to have a receipt, told me she would alter the oversized jeans to my size (without my permission), and refused to discuss a refund of the cleaning charge at the very least. I didn't ask for reimbursement for any missing jeans. Just that they try to find them. When I said I would take my business elsewhere there was a sarcastic “have a nice day.” I have no patience for rude, dismissive service. I was a long-time customer, but I will not return and cannot recommend this cleaner.

I dropped off my pilot uniform before going out of town. When I picked up my order, the shirts were more wrinkled and dirtier than when I dropped them off. The starch was fine, but they were in such bad shape I had to rewash them at home. The pants looked good, but the shirts were another story.

I think the guy below had the same problem I did. I asked if they can get rid of my sweat stains on the collar of my dress shirts and a few coffee drops. I came back to burn spots that won’t come out and giant splotches across one shirt. They rewashed them, but now I have permanent burn spots on the lower front body of my expensive dress shirts. They even said “I shouldn’t have brought it in with so many stains” and heard the owner whispering to charge me twice next time.
I will never be trusting them with my suits again.

They destroyed 4 of my shirts and don't even take responsibility for it. Be careful and never give them any expensive clothes. You might end up kissing them goodbye.

I brought in a very heavy Indian wedding gown unsure whether they would be able to work on something that intricate. A few days later my lehenga was like brand new and in perfect condition!!! We’ll be bringing in my husband’s suits next. Highly recommend!
