Not happy at all with my experience and the money I wasted here. I booked an appointment online and it was confirmed. When I walked in they said they didn’t have any record of it and told me to come back in 2 hours and when I did, I still had to wait 30 minutes before we were even addressed. It was also close to their closing time and it was clear they were rushing our mani pedis and were trying to just finish as fast as they could. Both mine and my mom’s manicure was chipped off in less than a week (we got gel). On top of that they were rude and judgey and very clearly gossiping in front of us in another language. The girl at the front is also useless. DO NOT GO HERE

I have had problems with chipping days after the dip was applied. Today for the second time in two months, I walked in for new dip application and the same thing happened. On both Sunday afternoons there were 2 to 3 customers, but no service available for an hour and 1/2. I saw only a couple of people working... a bad sign.

I would give zero stars if I could. I have never had this issue at any other nail salon I have been to but since I got my nails done here, each and every single one of my nails has completely chipped in half and broken off. They look horrible and feel horrible as well and I’m not even sure how long it will take for them to grow back. I don’t mean a small chip on the tips, I mean literally cracked from the very middle of the nail on every single finger nail and now on two of my toes as well. This is the most ridiculous experience I have had and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I would love it if I could get a refund because not only were the nails not done well but I now have significant damage that is going to take months to heal, right before summer! ZERO STARS!

I have been a regular customer since 2015 and have always been satisfied as a customer! I am grateful for the hard work and dedication of the owners and staff to always go above and beyond to help with picking out colors, nail ideas, and overall making my experience relaxing and rejuvenating. I highly recommend this salon. Thank you for caring for me when I visit 💕

This place has gone south after the owners have changed. I had the most horrible experience today. Right from being hurt with some bleeding to terribly half done nails. The technician was a male and he absolutely didn’t know what needed to be done. And his attitude was next level. I definitely don’t recommend this place as we were 3 people totally unhappy with our service and easy of time and money.

This is my GO TO nail salon for everything! I’ve been going here for about 4 years now and I love it!! This was my most recent set before the summer started and LILY did an amazing job! She made them perfect and took her time to do the best job! Another reason this place is my favorite is because of the prices compared to the other salons aswell! They are fairly priced for what you get!!’

The service was amazing everyone was so patience when I was picking the color of my nails. All the staff were super nice attentive. The pedicure was amazing and I will DEFINITELY go back to get my nails done.

Dirty place. Had to wait a long time to get a pedicure even with an online appt. They overcharged me despite having a 20% sale on all services, which they didn’t apply. Eyebrow service was quick but poorly done, with leftover hairs. Won’t be coming back.
**follow up to your response** don’t allow for short notice bookings if you can’t accommodate. Nothing online says about having to show the coupon to get the discount. It says all services.

I did my nails on Saturday afternoon one come off on Monday morning and one got chipped. Waste of time and money. It cost me $75.

Requested style: I get gel nails and they always have plenty of colors to choose from.
Specialties: The employees are always so friendly and ask you if you would like something to drink.
Cleanliness: The Frisco Chic Nails and Spa is always so clean and it smells so good.
Stylist: Steven was simply amazing! I'm going through chemo now and he was very gentle and my nails look simply beautiful.
