UNORGANIZED, CAN’T FIND PACKAGES THAT THEY SAY ARE HERE, OVERCHARGED ME FOR 5 MONTHS SWITCHING THE REQUIREMENTS TO FIT THEIR SCREW UPS. CANCELLED THIS HORRIBLE PLACE IMMEDIATELY! MORONS

I bought a bunch of prints from them, they came out wonderfully and they helped me choose what type of paper to use as well as cutting them for me. Thanks! (Fyi the two metal posters and chainsawman poster weren't printed by Print and Parcel but everything else was!)

Went on a very busy Saturday (today) but yet it moved quickly. Some were there to get documents notorized, orhers for fingerprints, and some for printing/copy services. The two young ladies in charge were friendly, helpful and not at all rude or rushed. I feel they gave everyone equal attention. The pleasant plus to our visit was the mini store with a variety of honey, pecans, salsa's, sauces, and more, all Texas made! This store will be a go to for me after today. ?

We needed to get heirloom china packed so that it wouldn’t break on a cross country flight, so we were understandably nervous. We received first class customer service here. Jason was so patient talking us through the process and providing advice (both over the phone and in person) on the best way to move forward. We were able to get everything squared away with his help and expertise. I didn’t know this until I walked in, but they work really closely with the community to sell local goods so you can buy things like essential oils, artwork, and honey- we made sure to buy a fresh bottle of the local wildflower honey to help with allergies this season. I also forgot my phone in the store and another staff member, Paul, ran out to make sure I didn’t leave without it! I would recommend this place for all of your packing, shipping, and printing needs.

They advertise shipping and packing of art work, but did a terrible job. We had them pack and ship multiple paintings and 1/3 of the paintings arrived with broken glass and damaged frames. We had paid for extra $3000 insurance and when we filed for the damages we were told that the damage wasn't covered. The owner should have known what was covered and how to correctly pack and ship the paintings, but he did not. He offered $250 restitution and we had paid $750 just for the packing and shipping. BUYER BEWARE
