Awesome Awesome experience. Hyanethia and Gaither were so helpful to me and my husband. They were both so patient with us and really helping us to make the right decision.The experience with getting a space was on point. I will be sending more people to this location.

When designing a storage facility, stamped cobblestone is not the best choice for building entrances it makes moving items unnecessarily difficult. You’ll likely need two or three people to help, since access timers are short and moving things alone is nearly impossible. The only partial positive was that the person I spoke with on the phone was polite, but in-person support was lacking. Overall, I would not recommend this facility for large furniture, multiple boxes, or if you’re using a trailer or large truck, as the layout makes it very inconvenient.
The fact that they won’t respond to my post, shows that they are a horrible company to deal with.

I've used this place a couple times and I have to tell you, I've never had any problems or complaints. The service was immaculate, The workers were helpful and understanding to what it was and what I needed. I would advise anyone in the area to look them up and see for yourself 💯💯
