I come here because this is the nearest gas station with food I can go into during the middle of the night, their supply of food is regularly fresh, I do not recommend eating the hotdogs at least not late at night.

I just came to get coffee and gas but wanted to pay separate. I was standing at the counter for a while bcse the baldish-manager guy (Stanley?), was on another computer. I said “Hi, excuse me, may I pay for this?” He abruptly left the computer and was very condescending towards me as if I interrupted whatever it was he was doing at the other computer. I paid and asked “Are you having a good day?” he then gave a fake smile and apparently he wasn’t but don’t take it out on the customers sir…do whatever computer/register stuff you have to do in YOUR time. WE are the ones that pay YOU. Be careful who you’re talking to… 9 times out of 10 WE can (and will) cost you your job.

This could be the worst maintained QT in the country. Main St. & Legacy in Frisco. Every time I go in there, which is at least every couple of days, it seems like everything is broken. On my visit today, I snapped some pictures because people wouldn't believe it. Want a Freezoni? Sorry, 5 out 8 spouts are broken. Coffee - 1 machine broken. Frozen hot chocolate/cappucino? Sorry, it's broken. And lastly, one of the ice machines and the sugar-free peach tea - broken. The peach tea is one of the reasons I go to QT and I can tell you that it has been out of order for about a month now! About 10 days after I first noticed it broken, I asked a staff member if it would ever get fixed. He didn't even know it was broken! Someone obviously put out of order tape on it. And here we are 3 weeks later and it's still broken. Steer clear from this location although the El Dorado and Tollway location isn't much better. Maybe try RaceTrac instead...

Order 2 pizzas 30 mins ahead on the app. Got there and nobody was in the kitchen. Then had to wait just to get a refund! Waste of time.

I came here for lunch and ended up on a zoom call. I didn't notice a fuel truck sitting there, the manager came out and rudely asked me to move for "her" fuel truck, like I was knowingly in the way in a designated parking spot. I'll never come to this location again and if I do I'll park all the way wrong.

The counter personnel are alert and courteous, and can handle credit cards or cash quicker than I've ever seen elsewhere. Oh, almost forgot - you can buy gasoline there, also.

Lol!! I came in after working a 14 hour shift full blown allergies and they said they couldn’t serve me even though it was before 1am and my fiancé was outside. Do better. I work with a teenager you sell vapes too! ❤️
