Terrible customer service by the manager. There were 5 people in line with 1 person at the register and 1 lady taking a long time. The manager was making pizza and jumping back and forth between a door to make jokes and laugh at his jokes. She didn't even recognize there was a line until I asked her for someone else to come and help.......the staff have always been friendly and helpful but the manager is terrible and this has happened more than once...

I went in today to get a gift card for a family member. Walked up the register asked an employee if they had gift cards, she did not know so she asked her manager Nina and she also stated no.I decided to walk to where all the gift cards are kept and to my surprise they do have Racetrac gift cards.So not only did Nina not know she had gift cards, but she is giving wrong information to her employees.

This is the best racetrac I've had to privilege to shop at! Nina is a hard worker and is always busy doing something. Personally I'd give her a raise! If this location lost Nina the store will totally suffer. Her great consumer service is top tier. No one comes close.I've offered her a job multiple times. Nina is dedicated to giving the best experience for all racetrac costumers. Thank you Nina for the incredible work!!Give Nina a raise

When you come 13 minutes before closing they give you nasty looks and don't talk to you at all. Terrible customer service. Made you uncomfortable.

This is my local Race Trac, and I had to give a shout out because this place always has coffee and quick grab items ready to go when I need to come in grab something and get somewhere. Special thing for us veterans: each time I do my coffee fill ups here, I noticed that most of the time they don't charge me for fill ups in my own cup. This place always welcome to me and I'm glad that the right nearby.

I go to Racetrac and I'll make sure I go inside it's a guy that works in there he is so mannerable and respectful he always says have a good day very courteous it's like he seems like he loves his job his name I believe is Muscles
