We can't sing enough praise about Rachael. We have been working with her for over 12 years, and she has assisted us with selling, purchasing and leasing multiple homes. Because of her attentiveness, full commitment and warm spirit, you would think you’re her only client. She has proven to be one of the most professional and dedicated realtors one would hope to meet! In fact, the term realtor does not began to describe the knowledge she has in real estate, as a whole.

After our first meeting with Rachael, we knew she was the one. Smart, pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. During the process of building our house, Rachael attended and actively participated in all meetings with the builder, Home inspector and designer. It was very helpful. Rachael also sold our house. It was unbelievable! She helped to prepare the house for sale and after 28 appointments in 3 days and 8 offers, the house was sold. Rachael impressed us with her work ethics. Rachael is the BEST! She knows what she is doing. I have bought and sold a few houses. She walked through the house and gave us step by step on how to make it better. My wife and I just love her. She spent 2 hours with us when we met. She really wanted to get a feel for us. She is honest on what we can and cannot do. You would be crazy not to call her.

Racheal does not waste time. As one of the top realtors in the area, I suppose she can’t afford to.She quickly dialed in to what we wanted, and showed us some very interesting properties, and little else. Since we were flying in for visits, this was super important.As well, she was a fantastic advocate for our interests during the purchase. Firm and assertive, yet always respectful and polite.Rachael’s construction background also makes her a great advisor and source for local recommendations.We can’t imagine a better Realtor. 100% recommended.

Rachael is an amazing real estate agent! While taking us to tour houses she was honest about all the pros and cons of each house. She helped my husband and I find our new home, negotiated the contract and repairs, and gave great suggestions for remodeling. Whenever we had questions she always responded very quickly. She made our home buying experience enjoyable and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a house in the area!
