I stopped by this branch to open an account for my disabled 88 year old father. The person who greeted me had no interest in helping at all. It is very sad that disabled seniors cannot get any customer service help.

What a terrific place if you actually want help getting banking done. I never go into the branch of my big National Bank because they really can't help you with much. They really don't have any answers. They can't help you with personal finance or loans. It's really sad. RBFCU actually was able to help me with everything I needed. It was quite refreshing! They may be based out of San antonio, but they helped me right here. I'm now a member, and will consider moving more of my banking here.

This credit union deserves more than a negative review and their priority is only fees and what they can get from customers. I already filed a complaint at BBB. They will never value their customers.

The staff here at DNT Eldorado Brach are my extended family.They go well beyond their assigned staff responsibilities.They just don't treat me like a customer with an account.I feel like one of their family members.
