Our Microwave was not working and found them online. They are easy to schedule and work with. Ross did an amazing job of fixing the problem. There was a minor issue after the first fix and he came back and fixed it. Definitely recommend them!

This was a great repair service from start to finish. I booked online on a Sunday afternoon for a dryer repair and got an appointment for the next day. I received text updates for my appointment and did not have to miss work during my scheduled service window since I got a text when the technician was on his way. My service technician, Rinat, was so nice, professional, and fixed the dryer quickly and easily. The pricing was exactly what I was expecting. I will definitely use this company again!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience With Real Appliance Repair. We called and they had a technician to our house in about 20 minutes. Our microwave oven was coming on when the door opened. The technician completed the repair in about another 20 minutes and pricing was very favorable. I highly recommend their service

Just called and tried to make an appointment. The girl can hardly speak english that I understand and then she said the office "is in short week and there is no appointment available this week". She said we need to pay $85 upfront service charge. When asked if there is any warranty after repairs, she did not answer but told me no appointment this week. It's Monday today. What a joke!!

My LG dryer wasnt heating. Since I am only a repair guy if Youtube has a video, I found one and spent 2 hrs pulling the dryer apart only to find...nothing wrong with the heater element or either thermostat. Called Real Appliance and they got Rinat over here in less than an hour. He found the issue wasnt even my dryer, but the breaker in the electrical panel that was slightly disconnected. Fixed it at a very reasonable price and saved me days!
