I’ve used this pharmacy for about a year now and just haven’t had the best experiences. One time the pharmacist suggested I get my medication from Walgreens to save money (it’s a $5 prescription). I explained to the pharmacist that I use them for convenient location to me and that the Coppel location is in my doctors office (convenience). He explained that they don’t really tend to carry my prescription and that they have to order it to fill it. He made it feel like it was an inconvenience for them. He also said he believes that my prescription isn’t necessary in his personal opinion when I asked if he thought it was important to stick with the same manufacturer.
This last time I had my prescription filled, I confirmed with them over the phone that they were shipping it to me. Once it was filled, I received a text that it was ready for pick up. I called and explained that it needed to be shipped and asked where the disconnect was so that maybe I could do something different in the future. The person on the phone was very short and said “it wouldn’t have made a difference because we just now filled it”. I really wasn’t trying to be be confrontational but was met with a poor response. At this point I’m just going to take their advice and go back to Walgreens.

It is great to use a “personal” pharmacy and not a CVS. They take the time to explain what the medication is for and answer all questions you have.

I have been coming here for good few years now. The core group that opened the store were great - never had I walked into a pharmacy where someone took the time to not only remember my name but engage in meaningful and caring conversations and not just about my health either. They have also been compassionate to my unfortunate life events that resulted in changes of medication and or insurance.

Highly unprofessional staff and pharmacists. Lie about inventory. Put peoples lives and health at risk. Accept zero responsibility for their actions. Cashiers are rude and act like robots with no troubleshooting abilities. Poor customer service. Do not care one bit about their customers. Pharmacist won’t even come out to speak to customers to address their concerns. No sense of urgency.

The team at ReNue deliver absolute caring excellence! Great hours of operation, very nice facility, wonderful staff, and very responsive. If you have a drug that needs to be ordered they will make that happen! Last but not least when you call a real human immediately answers… no more dealing with the 30 steps and 30 minute holds…Take the step and support your community small businesses….

Great pharmacy. Clean and spacious. Staff was calm, quick and helpful, especially Caitlin at the front desk. She was very nice and informative about my medication and other incentives with my insurance. Thank you!

I have been here several times as all the technicians will recognize me. Lately Caitlin has been the go to girl in the front and has been very helpful with the back and forth of the business I work for. We have a good laugh about every time I was in. She is so sweet and makes sure all questions are answered.
