I would not recommend consigning with this store it is a waste of time. I came in with over 10 items. I was told to bring back two items later in the month. When I arrive I was told there is a 5 item minimum. I was never informed of the minimum requirement. The owner said the information is on the website. I was not given any policy. The owner said sorry, but didn’t try to make it right. I checked and there nothing on the website. ?

I was really looking forward to shopping here, unfortunately the store was not open when I arrived at 11 this morning. There was another customer waiting outside as well. I waited about 15 mins and called the store to see if maybe someone was working and didn't realize the door was still locked. No one answered so I left. This store is a drive for me and after this experience I will likely not return.

I love consigning my things here! I recently had an experience where I thought I had dropped something off for consignment but Jennifer, the owner had no record of it. I was confused by this and must admit I wasn't sure what to make of the situation as I was certain I had placed the item in my car with all of the other things I was consigning. Jennifer was very professional, organized, patient and kind with me regarding my confusion. Honestly, more so than I was with her, to my embarassment! After speaking with her on the phone I went out to my car and found the item had fallen under the seat. I immediately called her back to apologize. Thank you Jennifer for being a loving example and the light when I was not at my best. We need more of this in today's world! I appreciate you and your business.
