Do NOT order anything from RTG!! And if you do, do not pay anything for any extra/extended warranties...they are useless. The sales folks make it sound like most things will be covered (my sales rep specifically Mark Morales did). Nothing is covered!! Their customer service says it's on their 3rd party warranty service to cover and when you call them (Fortegra) they say it's the responsibility of RTG. They are all useless! Do NOT buy from RTG!

Hoping the two star rating gets the attention of management.Went shopping for a sofa and love seat. I was told the store is a no haggle upfront price. Chose one set and paid, the sales rep gave a date for delivery. All was good, however I decided to look up the same set on Roomstogo website and it was almost $500 less. So I went back to the store and showed it to the rep who apologized and initiated a refund for the price difference.The root cause here was that the sales rep wasn't aware of the bundled price discount that was on the placard. Guess I was lucky to look up the price online and saw the discrepancy.A good advice to the management is to train the sales reps to see through all the available discounts or have the ordering system show all the available discounts whenever available. (Or maybe it's a one off incident I honestly don't know).And for folks shopping here, just compare the price between store and online so you could possibly save some money. Another thing I noticed when we place the order online, it is providing 3 options for delivery, (At the door/Deliver inside or pick up at a warehouse). None of these options were provided by the rep (probably the system they use doesn't provide the option (or it does, I don't know)) who just added the costliest option (deliver inside). And also just check to see if you need the protection plan or not, as it is added by default (or so I felt).Other than this, I had a very good shopping experience here.

I had a wonderful experience. Mayowa helped me choose the right furniture for my apartment by showing me several options that would fit in my apartment. He was very patient, kind, and attentive. Definitely, ask for Mayowa in your next visit. Additionally, Rooms To Go has a wide variety of good quality furniture at a great price. I highly recommend it.

I waited over a month for delivery. Drunken delivery men 5 hours late. Not fit to assemble furniture.sofa and chair have no back. They have a no return policy which means I am stuck with furniture I will have to get rid of, and pay Rooms to Go for something I can't use in my home. I offered to buy something that I Can use and the saleswoman was so anxious to get off the phone, she wouldn't listen for my phone number. Manager didn't call me back. So disappointed and really angry. Guess they don't rely on repeat customers. Buyer beware and stay away from this store.

Beware of unethical business practice. Misrepresentation of furniture. Not a member of BBB. Do not buy from Rooms to Go! They have a no return policy that they don't mention during the sale. Even when I offered to buy something different, I got no return call from the manager. The saleswoman was so disinterested, she didn't even wait to hear my phone number. I now have a sofa and chair I cannot use in my home. I told the saleswoman they would go in center of room. She didn't tell me they had no backs. There is just a flap of material back there. They sell junk.

Brian was amazing during our furniture shopping experience at Rooms To Go. His assistance a year ago at the Grapevine location prompted us to seek him out at the Frisco store on Black Friday, where we secured some good deals. When we decided to modify a portion of our order the following day, Brian promptly accommodated our request without hesitation. He is currently working to arrange a consolidated delivery before our move into our new home. Thank you, Brian and Rooms To Go, for an exceptional experience and remarkable value!

We purchased a matching set of leather upholstered recliner, reclining sofa, and loveseat -- a purchase of more than $3,000. We're satisfied with the quality of the furniture so far, but we were really put out by the pressure put on us to buy an extended warranty. I understand that extended warranties are probably the most profitable item in a retailer's toolbox, so they try to sell as many as they can. Before the sale closed, the salesman told us what a great deal the the extended warranty was. I politely listened to his pitch and declined. But then he continued and tried to make me sound stupid to pass up a deal like this. I again told him no thank you, and he asked to explain why. I politely stated that as a customer, I did not owe him an explanation. He then left for a minute and came back with a manager, who started repeating the same pitch the salesman had said. I interrupted and said no thank you , and he also asked me to explain why. I then replied that my patience had run out and if they didn't drop it, I'd take my business elsewhere. They relented, and I won't be going back.

Wonderful shopping experience! I had looked online at couches to see what I might want to buy, and very glad that I went into the store to check the pieces out in person. Some fabrics I did not like the texture of and I found one that I absolutely love! My sales guy, Tim, was great - very patient, personable, helpful, and did I mention patient and helpful!! He literally moved pieces across the store so I could see if they liked good together. So excited to get my new couch when I move!

Wonderful selection of reasonably priced couches! We got ours on a veterans sale. Katie, the sales person who helped us, maintained some distance while also being helpful to answer any questions or concerns. They delivered the couch today and were fast, efficient, and friendly! The couch is just as we ordered it! Love it a lot!

The experience was better than other places provide. Kurt took care of us and really invested time into making sure we were placed with the right bed and one that was budget friendly. He was very informative. We will definitely come back because of him. For future purposes know the process is long so maybe offering water to potential customers would be a plus.

I was very pleased with my recent experience. It was my first experience with Rooms to Go, and I had been looking for a sofa. Visiting different area stores, I decided on the one i saw at RtG. My salesman Mayowa was skilled, knowledgeable, professional and personable. He made himself available but never forced us or added pressure. I was very satisfied with his work, and the delivery team later that week. Very positive all way around...and I love my new sofa!

We wanted to purchase a couch from Rooms to Go at the Frisco center, but were confused with the number of options. I would like to specifically call out Mayowa Samuel who was extremely helpful in helping us decide on the best option for us. He did an amazing job today and would happily recommend any one to him.

Was sent a damaged item and now will continue to ignore me already 3 months a still manager continues to ignore me. Spoke to Peterson who basically lied and I continue to have a broken item.

Tim Green was super helpful! I pretty much knew what I wanted when I was looking for a couch, but wasn’t sure on a recliner. He mentioned thinking about getting an adjustable power base for mine and my husband’s bed and had me test it out. I fell in love and ended up doing that instead of the chair. He answered all my questions and patiently waited on me as I was trying to communicate all the information by text to my husband. I will use Tim for any future questions and/or purchases!

We purchased the two piece couch set and absolutely love it. The photo shows the ottoman and chair, which we loved the chair as well, but we won’t have the space for it. Our spokesman was Tim G. He was amazing and I highly recommend asking for him.
