We came to this store on Christmas Eve 2023 morning. When we went in we were welcomed and asked what we wanted- she walked us to it and stood there with us- I started to feel like she thinks we will steal- so after a minute, she asked if we wanted anything else and we told her we wanted bonnets, she took us to the bonnets and stood next to us. At this time I knew it was not coincidental- so I moved to another row and she followed us, another row again she followed us. So I told her we won’t steal I promise- and she said it’s not like that it’s their customer service. We wanted to look around and probably buy more things- but we left.Please give customers space to shop- place store cameras if you have issues with stealing. The interaction left us feeling profiled and we will probably not be back. I did make it clear I didn’t appreciate being followed around in the store.

The store manager @ Sally's on Preston and Gaylord , Chanderlynn Moody goes above and beyond to help customers. She is so kind , genuine, and knowledgable. The best manager ever.

Good experience here. I think she was the manager but she is a short woman in her early 20’s with long brown hair, anyway she was very helpful when my wife and I came in, she knows her stuff and was patient with us while we tried to remember what we needed.

Tried picking up an online order today. Ordered at 8:45am and went there at noon and it wasn’t even put together. Employee (brown hair, glasses, late 20s) was giving my boyfriend a hard time, who went inside to get it for me while I stayed in the car. She tried saying I hadn’t even paid for it when I had online when making the purchase (clearly). Even after boyfriend showed her I paid with my Apple Pay online, she doubted the fact that I had already paid. Then she says well I gotta see if I even have these in stock. What’s the point in online purchase for pickup if you’re not even going to get them ready? Horrible customer service and rude.

Did not have the color fir my hair. Discontinued my bronzer, and wanted to charge $0.15 for a bag to put my purchase in??? Really. Disappointed ?

KNOW YOUR PRODUCTS!!! KNOW YOUR PRODUCTS!I called all of the Sally stores in my area. Decided I would call this one July 2nd at 11am. Asked if they had CREME OF NATURE hair dye honey blonde. I repeated the name twice! She says yes, we have two boxes left. I drive 25 minutes to this location. Walk in and do not see what I was told was in store. I walk to the register and told her I called a while ago for the Creme of Nature dye. She points to Inspired by Nature hair dye. .....um ma'am that is NOT what I asked for. Waste of damn time! KNOW YOUR PRODUCTS!!!!!Terrible service!

The store manager a lady with a pixie cut was EXTREMELY RUDE. During these times of uncertainty and not knowing exactly how curbside pick up worked I just went up to the window and asked “how does this work” she screamed and waived her hands “get away from the door” I of course yelled back. What kind of people do y’all hire ?! Especially in a customer service field. The worst experience and the worst people to hire. The other girl there didn’t acknowledge me either. I wasn’t even close to the door mind you, I was just asking a question. You will lose business with people like her. I will never come to this Sally’s again, and I’m not just complaining just to complain. She was mind blowing out of line and at work. I will be reaching out to higher ownership.

Worst store ever. The black woman ( maybe the manager) is rude everytime I've dealt with her. Shes given me the wrong color of hair after I asked her if it matched my hair. And ofcourse no exchanges on hair. Today I was standing in front of the door to get the phone number off the door for curbside pick up. It was obvious I was taking the phone number down and she knocked on the glass and told me it was long wait if I was trying to order something. First off, I wasnt placing an order at that moment. And she should've asked rather than assume. And when Intold her I was getting the Phone number off the door she motioned to shoo me away and told me I couldn't stand in front of the door.Really, Why put the phone number on the door and then tell somebody they can't stand there to get the phone number? I've only seen her be nice to one person. She is always rude and acts as if customer's presence bother her. Either she lacks self awareness or she just doesn't care. I usually drive to the other store in Plano rather than deal with her rude attitude. They're closed today. So, I'll be driving to the store on Custer to do my business. It's a shame that I cant do business at the store close to my office because this ladies attitude lacks professionalism.

They claim they are doing curb side orders and pick up however, when you call, you are unable to reach anyone and I see at least 2 people working in the store.I have tried to call 5 times and get no one. Very frustrating.

A+ Customer service!! Even in these unprecedented times the team working exceeded expectations in service and safety! I needed one additional product and the ladies remembered my name and complimented my new look saying I did a very good job! Great positivity we all need during this pandemic! THANK YOU!
