The maintenance team is very responsive and quick to resolve any issues especially Robert, who is exceptionally friendly and always willing to help without hesitation.

Robert Donley is amazing! Every time I place a request, he responds quickly and gets the job done right the first time. He's friendly, respectful, and always makes sure everything is working perfectly before he leaves. Truly appreciate his hard work and professionalism! He is kind, and extremely reliable. Moving in here was a great experience. I have shared with others, looking for a great dwelling place regarding the locations. I appreciate The manager Kevin for always being kind, understanding, and compassionate making me feel at ease as a tenant. Letting me know my concerns matter. I haven’t really met two many people here being new to the area. And the very first one who showed kindness and love was Robert Donley from maintenance team. Doneicisa McLin and Anne(I hope I spelled your name right 🤭) are amazing staff members in the front office. Always greeting you with a smile and assistance. If the highest rating I could give is a 10, then I would express that. Truly amazing and awesome. Kudos to them! Thank you, definitely during a difficult time in my life. You have no idea how much each of you are appreciated. Blessings, love, and gratitude to each of you! 😇🙏🏽💛🙂

Avalon Frisco is a great community!
Robert is very professional and takes pride in ensuring residents are 100% satisfied.
I recently submitted a maintenance request, that was detailed and specific to recreating the issue. By the time I got home from work, Robert had already taken care of my problem and was sure to follow my instructions!
Customer satisfaction was definitely guaranteed!

Maintenance team is awesome at the property. We've only been at the property a couple of months and have had the Priv ledge of working with Robert a few times and service has always been excellent. They do a tremendous job of keeping the pool area clean. By far the cleanest pool I've ever been around. The experience at the property has been the best thus far.

I want to take a moment to recognize the excellent work of Robert Donley, the maintenance staff at Avalon Frisco. Every time I’ve submitted a maintenance request, the response has been prompt, professional, and thorough.
Most recently, our fridge’s water dispenser stopped working. Since I submitted the maintenance request late on a Saturday, I completely understood that the repair was handled on Monday. Robert completed the work order promptly and, as always, did an excellent job. He is incredibly courteous, respectful of my space, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. I really appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail.
