“PKK was the biggest blessing to my family. Everyone here loved my baby and took such good care of her while we worked, you could tell by the smile on her face every time they came out to get her in the morning. PKK offers a camera link to your child’s classroom so you can check in throughout the day, which was so nice especially at first when I was so used to having her with me at all times. They send home daily sheets with all the feeding/sleeping/changing notes from the day and they also email monthly newsletters, so you always know everything that is going on. My daughter was only a couple months old during picture day and had a breakdown during it because it was her nap time, so the company didn’t get a photo of her. The staff of PKK went out of their way to set up a personal photo shoot for her just so we could have a nice picture day picture of our baby. This place really feels like you are dropping your child off with family, they are the sweetest people ever. The only reason we left was due to a long distance move and picking her up the last day broke my heart. I would recommend PKK to anyone.”

“Finally got a chance to write a review for this great care. My daughter had a terrible experience at a previous childcare and came to Creative Minds. The director Melissa was absolutely amazing because she understood the needs and anxieties of not only my daughter but also us as parents and assured us with an appropriate lead. We probably have made up our minds by the point we met Melissa, but we also loved all the other teachers we have encountered, the bright atmosphere and spacious facility, a full access to monitor via app at anytime of the day, and the diversity of the staff and the kids. Unlike the previous care, my daughter was always excited to walk into Creative Minds and loved to see her teachers and friends. Although we had to leave for moving to a different area, we will always remember how wonderful this care is!”

“My daughter has been going to this place since she was a year old. The teachers here are soo caring and sweet.Few teachers with whom she moves very closely with are Jennifer, Yamuna, Sylvia and Dora to name a few. These folks have really made her feel like it’s another home. The first few weeks she cried a lot but slowly she got used to them and she runs to her class these days and this wouldn’t have been possible without these teachers. I highly highly recommend this place :)”

“Primrose School of Frisco at Independence is absolutely amazing. Our child is absolutely thriving in class and the teachers are amazing. The teachers and staff genuinely care about the kids and families and it definitely shows. We love all the different events and activities.”

“226 has been a God-send for our family. Our children started attending a few years ago and have loved their experience very much. The Christ-centered programming for younger students in PK and TK truly helped our youngest child to understand and memorize scriptures. Our oldest also enjoyed the various summer camp activities and we live the leadership team as well.”

The administrative team and teachers are fantastic, creating a nurturing and intellectually stimulating environment for kids. Every staff member is caring and considerate. My eldest son went here 2 years ago and my youngest is currently enrolled.”

“We sent our son here for the first two years of his life and could not have been happier with how Primrose Lakehill cared for him. They were safe, secure, thoughtful, committed, and caring. The Director, Ms. Liz, was especially patient and professional in handling the fear and paranoia that accompanied leaving my son in the care of a third party for the first time as a new mom. Words cannot adequately describe what this Primrose meant to us and our son. We were lucky to be a part of their family and will be forever grateful to have had such a wonderful experience.”

“I don’t have enough words to express how thankful I am for this place and the people in it. I have never met someone with a kinder heart than Nadja. From day one, she made me feel like my girl was so loved when she was in this building and I know she was. Every morning we were one of the first ones there and my daughter would all but leap from my arms to Ms. Tareka to join her little early morning breakfast club. My girl was always happy, fed, loved and cared for. We started coming here when she was six months and only left because we moved away when she was 16 months. I miss these people every day and I know my girl does as well. They all have such a special place in my heart. I wish we never had to leave! I can’t recommend it enough.”

“We love how attentive and caring the staff are. The teacher to child ratio is the lowest we’ve ever experienced. The curriculum and cleanliness are a close second to the reasoning we enjoy and plan to keep our children at Carpe Diem for a very long time.”

They communicate regularly with parents, keeping us informed about our child's progress. “This place is a hidden gem. Both my niece and son were enrolled here and had nothing but an outstanding experience. Dave and his staff are very understanding of the kids needs and cater the right way. Unlike other places they don’t make you feel like their main priority is financial goals and always make kids as their first priority. I highly recommend this place if you are able to get in.”

“Amazing school! Our family has had a recent move from Sem Elementary to Norris Elementary. The school is amazing, and so is the staff. I have had no complaints from any of the kids. I love how there is so much technology here at Norris. Norris has most of their homework and assignments online, so kids can access their homework from anywhere. (Unless it isn't connected to WiFi). Overall, the school and staff is amazing! It has been improving a lot since year one!”

“Absolutely LOVE RARE Learning Preschool in Frisco. My child has been going there since we moved TX almost 2 years ago and has blossomed in speech and academics - and she is always excited for Science Experiment Fridays!I most especially love how kind, caring, and consistent the teachers are and how DIVERSE the class is. Communication between parent and instructor is constant - something very important. Plus, the pickup and drop-off processes are tightly regulated so I never have to worry about my child’s safety while in school.I can’t say enough good things about this preschool program.”

“I highly recommend the guidepost at Timber Ridge; our experience has been extraordinary.My son goes to children house. Every day he is so excited to go to School. He enjoys the school and looking forward to the activities, all credit goes to the Skilled and experienced guides specially Ms. Pam.She really goes above and beyond to provide best learning experience . I see my son’s journey of learning and growing on day-to-day basis, only possible due to one on one attention he gets from Ms. Pam.I had the opportunity to attend parent/teacher meetings with her and I am really impressed with her knowledge, Skills, Experience and devotion.Overall great place for kids, warm and nurturing environment”

“Primrose Prestmont is an amazing school and we could not be happier with the teachers and staff. The communication, curriculum, and daily activities provide such a great atmosphere for our son to thrive. “I love it. Friendly staff who take care of your kid well.Two aspects that stand out from other play schools are flexibility and live camera feed. You can monitor the child from your mobile.Two things I wish they can do better are - 1. open windows and allow more natural light to come in.2. Improve the play area.”

“Having 5 children, and 11 years at FIC they are truly our second family. Julie & Patti (the Director and Asst. Director) are amazing! Truly dedicated staff that loved our children and we have never felt our kids were in safer hands than with them! I truly wish they offered ore than Mother's Day out, Pre-K, and Kinder! If you are looking for a place for your kiddos this is the place! They also have an awesome after-school care for additional time past 2:30 that is SO helpful when you have other kiddos in grade school or need to finish errands! I wish my babies could STILL be here! I love there events they put on especially Breakfast with Santa, and the silent auctions each class does! All the things they do really truly create so much joy and the teachers for the kiddos are phenomenal!PS their summer camps are equally amazing!”

“The Blue Elephant has been an absolute blessing in our life! TBE has also become the family that we didn’t know we needed! Fantastic daycare and teachers. The owner is an incredible women and has been so gracious to our family. The Director is one of the sweetest ladies, they both are a reflection of their team and the teachers. Our son has been attending since he was three months old, and boy has he learned and advanced in many ways! We are proud to be a TBE family! You will not regret making TBE your home away from home!”

“To all the one-star reviews,This place is to watch your child while yall go out or do whatever.I think if your child is in one peace and happy, just be quiet and be a great full parent. You want your child to be treated with a white glove, pay for someone to watch them at home.”

“We’ve been part of the Castle Family for over 7 yrs, my 2 older sons have moved on and I still have 1 left there. There’s been ALOT of changes over the last 6 months. The sale to Cadence brought on new sign in devices at the front, new tvs to monitor the classrooms in the lobby, a new app and new Montessori supplies in the classrooms which are all nice but it has also replaced the family feel of the place. There’s only a handful of teachers left there that we still know, you can no longer do a monthly hold spot fee for extended vacation or illness, increased monthly lunch rates and took away the flexibility of not having to pay for lunch if we are on vacation for a week or more. We now have to pay re-enrollment fees as well which I don’t get. There are so many new rules that they put in place that drove legacy families away quickly after they took over. The enrollment rates there are at an all time low and many classrooms have been shut down. You no longer hear or see the parents and teachers hustling around trying to get the kids settled or the friendly conversations that everyone has with each other in the hallways. The director tries to keep the fun activities alive but they are no longer fun to us because the families and teachers we are used to and love are mostly gone.Having said that I’m still giving the school 4 stars because the teachers that are left there are still top notch. Without Mrs. Yessica, Ms. Emilia, Mrs. Renu, Mrs. Nina, Mrs. Aimee and Ms. Kadie, Castle would not be the same. Also, we would not be at Castle anymore if Mrs. Aiman leaves. She is an AMAZING teacher and my son loves her and is learning so much from her. We understand ROI is important but Cadence needs to realize what Castle was built on and not destroy it all in less than a year of ownership.Responding to owner’s response: I emailed Kristen Thomasten with my feedback and concerns on 11/2/23 and never got a response.”

“I have taken this decision a year ago for both my kids and I think it’s the best decision a parent can make for their kids. I love the school and teachers. The teachers give one on one attention to the kids in all areas of learning. My kids are 2 and 4 and they are getting so independent, when it comes to eating, cleaning etc. My two year old and is already ready for potty training. They love to going to school. Great development! I would totally recommend Pinnacle montessori of Frisco, Tx for your kids jnitial years. You will not be dissapointed.”

“This school is a gem. We moved our son to Kiddie Academy last year to be closer to home. It is not only more convenient for us but it is such an amazing place. We are so grateful for each of the teachers who care for our son. They have all been so accommodating and really do show that they care for the kids. If we have a hiccup, the staff welcomes conversation, and we feel that we can address any concerns we have. I can not imagine sending our son anywhere else. Thank you.”
