Customer service is good once you purchase and order scrubs size not available promise to mail but never received any response or email no one picks up phone and if they do false promises they will look into the order never received any response or email notification.

Being that it was my first time at scrubs and beyond I didn’t know what all my medical city discount included. Apparently I was ripped off my the supervisor Heather which she had a bad attitude about me questioning my discount price. I had to pay full price. I called other stores just to verify that I was suppose to receive it. Both stores told me no matter if it’s embroidered or not I was suppose to receive the discount. Way to start my new position. If you’re looking for medical city uniforms I would pick a different location.

The lady in the shop was not very friendly she kept rolling her eyes and making faces when I was asking simple questions about the sizings of Scrubs. For reference I am not, and do not look like, a native English speaker.

Went in to get my wife a new set as she has had 1 pair for far too long always sacrificing her needs for others I was greeted by kiwi as soon as I walked in. I wasn't ready as I was waiting for size confirmation. So as I waited watching kiwi and her customer service was awesome and when it was my turn she didn't disappoint. When she asked how tall my wife was to visually fit her perfectly without her there was great. I had a great experience in there with her and will be back for more scrubs in the future.

Bought 5 sets of scrubs and 3 of 5 were not available at the store so was assisted to order online. One pair of pants had a button fail 4 hours into a shift and one came as the wrong top. Took both back and was refused replacement. Better off using this shop as a sizing guide and ordering online from Amazon. Crap store. Acted like I was trying to rip them off asking for an exchange. Very insulted.

I am writing to express my significant disappointment regarding the client attention I received during my recent visit to your Preston Rd store on July 30.
While Browse your selection, I inquired about the possibility of any available discounts or promotions. I was taken aback by the employee's response, which gave me the distinct impression that my question was unwelcome or annoying. This interaction made me feel quite awkward and diminished my overall shopping experience.
I understand that store policies regarding discounts can vary, and it's possible the employee was simply relaying information about current offerings. However, the manner in which my inquiry was addressed was unprofessional and unhelpful. If this dismissive attitude towards customer questions about pricing or discounts is a new policy or standard for your employees, I believe it warrants immediate review. Such an approach risks alienating customers who are simply trying to make informed purchasing decisions.
As a loyal customer of Scrubs & Beyond, I have always valued your products and service. This recent experience, however, fell far short of the standards I expect from your establishment. I believe that fostering a positive and welcoming environment, where customers feel comfortable asking questions, is crucial for good client retention.
I hope you will address this matter to ensure future customers do not experience similar discomfort.

Hannah was BEYOND helpful! She was so kind, bringing multiple different sizes and brands of scrubs while I was in the fitting room. She made me feel so taken care of, highly recommend!!

5/28/25: I had a great experience at Scrubs & Beyond, thanks in large part to Hannah. While there were three young ladies working during my visit, Hannah truly stood out and represented the store exceptionally well.
She greeted me as soon as I walked in, which immediately made me feel welcomed. Throughout my visit, she provided helpful information, brought me additional scrubs to try on, and even assisted in creating an online order for embroidered shirts and a jacket. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile really made a difference.
Hannah had a great attitude—positive, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about helping customers. She made what could have been a routine shopping trip a smooth and enjoyable experience. Scrubs & Beyond is lucky to have her on their team!

Haley, Kayla, and Amy were AMAZING. It took me over an hour to find exactly what I wanted and they were so kind, helpful, and really fun to talk to while I shopped! It was a good crew!

Shopping for scrubs on a day off is always fun but today Amy, Kayla and Hannah made the process fun. They worked as a team, were very professional and made the purchases fun. I highly recommend that you recognize their commitment to your store and reward their work ethic and loyalty .

My first time at this location and Ryan was so helpful. Beautiful, kind and knowledgeable of the inventory. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. She is a keeper for sure !! I will most definitely be back .
