I wanted to use the Shell app to pay but the guy that said was owner said they don't do that and would not even try it, he was very rude and ignorant to the Shell system. I will never come back to this location

Be careful!! They will charge you more money. Normally it costs 10 gallons for 222 miles, but it becomes 12 gallons with them.

First I want to state that the employees at this location are extremely rude. After a argument with a female employee in which I informed her that I intended to file a complaint with their corporate office the employee told me: "Go ahead and complain, I don't care. It is our company Policy. I will just sell your tickets to the next customer that wants them."I was told this after I had purchased my lottery tickets, My lucky numbers not quick picks. She said that they only accept cash for lottery tickets and it was a company Policy. (IS THIS SHELL OIL COMPANY POLICY???) Because I have bought Lottery tickets at other shell stations and was never told this. I informed the clerk that this was illegal in this state of Texas and that debit cards were the same as cash for all POS transactions. I notice that there is no problem taking my Debit card for fuel or anything else,By this time there are many other customers behind me and we are holding up the line, people are getting angry about the hold up. I feel extremely embarrassed and humiliated by this incident. I intend to contact the Texas State Lottery commission and The Texas State Attorney General's office about these questionable business practices. From Shell Corporation I expect at least an apology for this incident and a letter indicating if this is indeed a Corporate policy. To add further insult after all this the clerk said she finally would accept the debt payment:" This time only." This is not acceptable behavior for someone employed/representing your company that can arbitrarily decide when or when not they will accept a legal form of payment.

I have been sitting at this location for going on 10 minutes getting diesel and the pump is only at 14 gallons. Super slow. 40 seconds a gallon.

After downloading the fuel rewards app today I was in the area and excitedly came to this shell to use my rewards for the first time however when I tried to use the restroom before purchasing my gas the woman’s restroom was locked with no out of order sign on it so I asked the gentleman behind the register if a key was needed he told me it wasn’t working so I went to the men’s restroom instead afterwards I proceeded to the cash register to purchase my gas. The cashier bypassed the rewards option just as I was trying to enter my phone number and began asking debit or credit. I told him I wanted to use the rewards portion and he ignored me asking again debit or credit. I was paying with cash! THEN the guy asks me if I’m tired as if I was taking to long for him. Very rude and poor customer service. Thanks for that experience SIR! WONT BE COMING BACK!!

Only shell around the area!! Restrooms are always “not working” but seen few people that are able to go with a “key only”. But seems like only surround people were allow to go use the restroom..
