Do not buy a bed here. Delivery was a disaster. Showed up hours before the delivery window without notice, tracked mud all over my carpet and they told me to clean it up myself, I paid for removal of my bed and instead they moved my old bed to another bedroom and told me to break it down and call a junk removal company, they didn't deliver the remote and they told me to drive to the store to get another one even though my whole afternoon was full of doing their job and cleaning my floors. I called the store manager, he said he's really sorry but there's nothing he can do because they outsource delivery to a 3rd party deliver service so they can make extra profit. Absolutely the worst experience especially given the astronomical price they charge. Never ever buy from them, it's a disaster.

Awesome experience here getting new pillows. They had so many options and we had fun trying them all. Liz was super knowledgeable and helpful. The whole store is just a fun and relaxing experience.

Lee and other staff members at the Frisco, TX store were very helpful. We needed to conduct all our discussion over the phone and Lee was extremely patient answering all our questions and addressing our concerns, They just forgot to tell us the remote was going to be delivered with the bed and so at the last minute we were stressed out because we thought we didn't have a remote control for the delivery and setup.

Mattress shopping has been so stressful; husband and I can’t seem to agree on any. However, our visit to Sleep Number today really helped and I think we found one we are going to try (they have a trial period so u can return for a small fee if you end up not liking it). Tara did a great job listened to our concerns. She was very knowledgeable and lead us in the right direction/answered all our questions without the typical high-pressure sales pitch you normally get at mattress stores. This location also had a Lego setup for the kiddos. This helped keep our 4 year old engaged while we looked around, which was awesome. 10/10 experience

I purchased the I10 2 years ago, and I still do not have a number.The mattress adjusts to my body about half the time, which is probably why I can't seem to get comfortable.Now let me tell you about the sweating...The mattress itself stays really cool if you do not have the mattress Topper on it. Now I know you are thinking...take it off... but that is not the issue. The issue is that Sleep Number sells the Topper and adds warranty years to it and a one time replacement of the cover for the mattress and is advertised that the topper does not allow any sweat, spilled drinks or any liquid to go into the mattresss therefore ruining the inner working of the mattress and void warranty. So I thought to myself l...yes...go ahead and spend a little more to get Topper with extra warranty and a ONE TIME REPLACEMENT and keep it on the mattress....I was wrong...the Topper does not allow airflow through it so the mattresses temperature regulating does not work. This causes me to sweat at night and I have sweated so much in the past 2 years that my sweat went through the Topper (that is advertised by their store to not allow liquid to go through it) and stained the mattress. I am sweating because of the topper but cant take it off because it voids warranty on mattress cover if I do. I am now having to sleep in another room of my house sweat free. I have stayed in at least 10 places other than my house since owning this mattress and had no sweating.So I bought the Sleep Number Dual Temp Layer and the sheet set they recommended in hopes that it would assist me with the sweating.After using it for 10 nights I ended up having 4 non sweaty great night sleeps. The other 6 nights were sweaty because the hose that attaches to the cooling unit kept coming off throughout the night or when I get up to go to the bathroom and on the 9th and 10th night it kept turning off with a disconnection from remote code problem. After talking to the Sleep Number tech that came to my house to replace the mattress cover he said that he had his dual temp for a year but now it doesn't work and past warranty. He said his also came disconnected all the time until he glued it together. I did not feel that spending almost $2000 for something that will go out in a year and I had to retro fit myself to work properly was worth it.So I took the dual temp layer back to Frisco Sleep Number where I found no answers and was treated very poorly by their staff. They were extremely condescending...kind of like they were when I purchased it there originally so I am not sure why I thought it would be different.So now I really have no more options with this company and their customer service is unwilling to assist as well which is why I am leaving this review.

My own experience is that Sleep Number hasn't done their homeworkI am very disappointed ? in the Corporate lack of attention to detail when it comes to the adjustable bed mechanics.I bought the bed, had to wait three months for delivery the setup was OK, but little did I know that the mattress would move from top to bottom and from one side to another.Sleep Number thought they could fix this issue by having a new cover and putting a bar at the end to hold the mattress from slipping.Oh, the bar isn't part of the bed, and not even mentioned in the sales pitch.Oh, when Corporate decided that my bed was still under warranty, Corporate still wanted $29.99, for the bar. However, they did include the bar after the fact at no charge.So, here I am with a $3,000 bed that is frustrating, that the mattress once again is moving from one side and over hanging and the foot bar is not holding the mattress from slipping.So what am I suppose to do now.In my humble opinion, I don't think the magnets are strong enough and there are not enough of them.Had I known any of these issues, I would not have spent the kind of money that i did on this bed.Guess it boils down buyer beware and i should have done my research and when i was told delivery was three months out, i should have not bought the bed from the getgo.No im not happy.SincerelyJames CharronIm 78 and not in the best of health so i spend a lot of time in the bed that has become a problem for me.Im hoping Corperate will help me here and make this customer happy.At this juncture i would not refer anyone to sleep number.Because my bed is still under w

Know what you are getting into….an inflatable bed. Loved my bed for years, but the pump went out. Warranty covered all but $250, but here I am 4 weeks later still sleeping in a hard coffin waiting on a pump with “supply issues” and they can’t tell me if it’s going to be weeks or months (or years) but I bet they are selling new beds with the same pump every day.

This bed is nothing like what is advertised! It is so uncomfortable. They give you the run around if you try to return it. Its is by far the worst matress we have ever had. We are sticking wirh it to make our money worth burt we havent had a genuinely good nights sleep since we purchased it. Ho is this company still selling this trash!

I purchased a bed from the Frisco, Tx location. I discovered that my Rx had expired and went to get a new one. Sleep Number refused to honor my Rx which is a violation of the law. They owe me nearly $600.00 and refuse to at least give me store credit. I wont buy another one if this is how they are going to treat me.
