All of the staff are super helpful and want you to have the best experience possible. However, Clara is even better than you would imagine. She will take the time to make sure you get exactly what you want, encourages testing the product before leaving the store, and carries a positive attitude always. If you want to feel good about spending your hard earned money, this is the place.

Smoke and Vape more like come and see we have all you need. I love this shop. I just moved out here and this has been on of my favorite shops thus far. The Customer service is just a plus, their prices are reasonable as hell. Last but never the least, I just wish they were 24hr.. they close by 10pm.

This is one of the best shops in Frisco for smoke and vape products. In addition to the great prices. The staff is always courteous, kind, and helpful. I love visiting different vape shops in Dallas, but this one is my favorite.

This store freaking sucks. They don’t transfer rewards from other locations and some of the prices are more than double what the Plano location has. The location is also bad. 0/10
