If I could rate 0 , I would! This is my third strike at this location & might I add, my last! Angry as hell when I received my orders today. I live less than 5 minutes away . I wont even go into my past previous experiences. I ordered(online) 2 bowls & 3 smoothies, YIKES were they ever so disgustingly unappealing. Runny and missing ingredients. These items are not cheap so why are you skimping⁉️I called to voice my concerns but received no compensation(s). Will be calling back tomorrow a.m. to speak with a manager who should ALWAYS be on duty. Stay tuned.

The Manager Anne is absolutely amazing and her customer service is definitely a 10+! Very friendly and super sweet, she was the only one working but was super fast and considerate. Love her!!

Walked in, attitudes sucked. No greeting, no smiles, barely wanted to assist me and my mom. I'll go to my regular location. I only went here because it was close to my appointment today. Great customer service is vital. I'd rather wait.

There was 80% ice in the smoothie we ordered. For the amount you add paying for smoothies, this is unacceptable. To eat ice I can probably eat ice chips at home free of cost. Such a worst experience. I see the other reviews have also mentioned that, I should have looked at it.

Rated 1 star because you are unable to rate 0. I've lived in the area for 2 years and this is my closest Smoothie King. Every single time you order online you can expect to pick your food up 20-25 minutes after the quoted pickup time. Smoothie consistency is variable (but usually not good) and the staff (which you never see the same face twice) is always either rude or mute. Do yourself a favor: Head to the West Park Blvd location. They're incredible and although a little out of the way, you'll be there and home before they'd even start working on your smoothie here. I will never return.

Long time goer of Smoothie King ever since moving to Texas. Never had a terrible experience at any location in the DFW Metroplex.Went to this location in Frisco and was EXTREMELY disappointed. Both me and my wife’s drinks were bland and had no flavor. Pretty much tasted like they put ice 90% Ice and a half scoop of strawberry protein powder in it.The location is also not the most sanitary of locations.Not that it matters, but their advertisement of the Pumpkin smoothie (ended in November, it is January) shows the little effort that is put into this location. It starts at the top.Will not be coming back to this location.

I came in and was denied service because they were closing in 5 minutes but i tried to explain it doesn’t allow me to place an order for pick up 30 minutes before hand beyond disappointed if you close at 10 that is the time you stop taking orders not 9,55 especially when you drive 20 minutes to get to this location ?

Ordered two smoothies online at 5:13. Our ETA for pick up was 5:28. Got to the store at 5:35 they had not made it yet. Waited until 5:55 for our smoothies while the staff prioritized customers who walked in. Smoothies tasted awful and weren’t made right (too much ice). Poorly trained staff who don’t know how to make a smoothie. Very very slow service. So so disappointed

I just want to shout out and say thank you to the two fabulous ladies working in Smoothie King today.....Justina and Stephanie. They were overwhelmed with orders but handled the crowd with precision and a smile. Excellent customer service ladies and we see you. ?

I have never been treated as disrespectfully in my life in customer service than I was treated by Destiny, the supposed “assistant manager”. The attitude and pure hate that I received from her was ridiculous. I don’t think a manager should be ridiculing a paying guest, I even was witnessing her berating the other employees. Something needs to be done about this Destiny because Smoothie King is going to lose business because of her. I will be reporting her to corporate because she should not be working there, let alone being in Management. Do better, Smoothie King.

I just came to get my drink in this frisco Preston location and the white girl in front had a rude attitude like I I want get something for free!!! She is with a long face and bad attitude… she looks nasty with all that rings in her mouth and nose looks disgusting… ugly attitude actually she is ugly inside and outside!!!

Nice way to fool customers.I ordered a smoothie 40oz without ice and I get half the ordered quantity. When questioned about it, they don't have answer..50% of the ordered qty is just ice. This is very disappointing.
