Update, it’ll be 3 weeks tomorrow & it’s impossible to contact the staff. Still no ceiling, kitchen light, toilet, I have a bathroom I can’t use. I’ve left multiple voicemails, emails, and no one calls back. Won’t be renewing my lease.
Save your money & go somewhere else. Moved in to a dirty apartment. Blinds broken, door handles broken. Had a leak coming from the upstairs neighbors which flooded & damaged our bathroom and kitchen and now have multiple loud ass fans. The office has not once reached out to me with an update even though I have called and left voicemails. I started a case with renters insurance and they can’t get a hold of the apartments either so I can’t go to a hotel or get reimbursed for the damages until they hear back from the apartment. Literally an inconvenience for me, my 7 year old and my 4 month old. Can not wait to move out! But working at a law firm will come in handy for me .

i cannot describe how much relief and improvement in quality of life i have experienced since leaving the complex. over a year or so I occupied 2 different units on the property. trust me when i say for the amount of rent you pay here, there is way better options.
1.trash dog poop and pests specifically flies. trash is always piled up in afternoon regularly. dog poop everywhere
2. the gate entry keys function poorly. you have to get so close to gate and click repeatedly to open. when they are closed anyway. screen to manually enter gate code broken for several months
3. experienced 2 incidents of guns fired on the property, 1 incident resulted in the frisco police department charging the complex with machine guns searching for an active shooter
4. pipes bursting
5. no speed bumps near side exits, really scary how fast people drive in complex.
6. archaic online resident portal does poor in reflecting accurate cost breakdown. an eviction letter warning is was incorrectly sent to my unit once.
7. seems complex has many evictions. price quotes loosely honored.
8. extremely junior management. lazy, never returns calls, rude. clearly reflected in retention rates of both staff and residents in my opinion. expect the phone to be answered 1/10 times for complex as a whole and don’t expect a call back
9. i transferred units once due to a medical issue. the unit i was transferred to smelled of smoke so horribly. nothing was done of course. i lived with the smoke smell for that whole time with asthma, always had trouble breathing in my unit
10. i put in a request to have my AC/heat vents balanced out after i moved into my second unit in the summer. the ac was only blowing in mini den and bathroom. maintenance came to “fix” it but it didn’t make a difference. the whole time i lived there in the summers/winter it was uncomfortably hot/cold in all rooms except mini den and bathroom, where it would be vice versa uncomfortable as i would have to blast the ac/heat to try and spread it to other rooms in the house. general maintenance issues a it seems they have staffing issues. suspected a worker of switching it off my indoor camera once, when i asked another employee they said he was known for disliking indoor cameras. maintenance broke and threw away my sentimental stepping stones even though some people are allowed to have them. i was not given the option to retrieve them. then i was asked not to use my back door for entry upon filing a complaint. if it’s not in the lease it’s not fair to request. also seems like lawn/patio landscaping maintenance is very few and far between.
11. amenities are a joke. gym always smells terrible. like really bad every time i tried to go in there and use it and not 24 hours as i was told on my tour. also no pool sticks for pool table for long time. pool surroundings always dirty (trash and have spotted dog poo several occasions) and grill area poorly maintained.
13. contractors for complex got fine paint mist all over my car even though i offered to move my car they said i was far away enough or they’d cover it if i wasn’t.
14.parking in general is poor
15. lease renewal is sketchy. no specifics here but keep track of when it’s time to renew your lease here, do not rely on apartment to disclose when it’s time to submit for lease renewal or put in your notice to move, do not even expect management todisclose a new MTM rate. MTM rates will not be listed in resident portal either.
truly i am sickened by the quality of life i lived at that complex. i couldn’t breathe properly, was never a comfortable temperature, flies plagued my patio. ever since i left i pay hundreds less and have access to real amenities, no issues with management nor parking nor pests nor temperatures nor maintenance nor resident portal. i would avoid this place at all costs, for the price you can get so much better.

Maintenance requests are usually completed within 24 hours! Landscaping has been updated, and property looks great. Nice residence, and convenient to shopping, grocery, etc.

I just spoke with my leasing agent and she indeed was not ignoring me, I just somehow wasn’t receiving her emails. So thank you for clarifying with me Brianna.
I will update review after a few things are taken care of on the property’s end that can turn my experience into a better one.

Great place to live. Staff very nice. It's definitely my favorite apartment complex by far.
I put a work order in today. Within thirty minutes Adrian came to my door and got it done! Great work!

Breanna is the best at what she does. She made sure that the process was quick and easy. She went above and beyond. Two days in bathroom doors wouldn’t open but they came and got the job done and I appreciate it. I would recommend anyone to come here.

Brianna Ellerbe was amazing she helped me and my wife the whole way got us in fast and got us the most amazing place ever I really love it here from inside to outside its really nice and well cared for and the people that live out here are really nice also I really would recommend it here.

After calling the number for maintenance and service requests Keith came to the property within the estimated time!!
Keith was very knowledgeable kind and reassured me that he was going to get it back up & And took the time to tell me what was wrong & got my AC unit back up and now I’m watching the temperature gauge drop down from 86 to 82 and it’s only gonna get lower from here. Thank you so much, Keith.
I’m truly appreciative of Keith and now I get to spend my first night with some cool air!
