Jazmin is MY girl. I seriously cannot express how helpful and amazing she has been. So thankful. She literally made everything such a breeze for me when I had to get spectrum internet for my new place. Jazmin is the epitome of customer service. Y’all better give her a raise!!!

Last evening I had to visit the Frisco store because of cellphone issues. VAs I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the associate who introduced herself as Lindsey. For the next 2 hours her attitude remained personable and empathetic topped off with genuine joy and sweetness.On a Friday, after a week of technological glitches, Lindsey hit a home run with my daughter and I as we both left the store truly satisfied and happy.If I ever have a need to return, I shall ask for Lindsey. ?

I want to say Lindsey was so helpful! She went over and beyond to get me and my mother new phones. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient. She even assisted my mother with her weather app lol. Lindsey is what you want when you seek customer service! Thank you Thank you Thank you Lindsey and a million more Thank you's!!!! And yes I am loving my new phone and you were right the camera is amazing!

I went to the Spectrum store yesterday for just a few questions I had, the lady who helped me was only friendly to me, even though I had several questions about my rate, she was just patient with me. What surprised me most is that with the store being so full of people, I never felt pressured to leave or that she just wanted to move on to the next person. I am very grateful to Mrs. Fran and this store. I will surely return when the need arises!

Spectrum associate need better training. I went to walmart I speak to a representative from spectrum this lady she lies to me. Afther that I come to spectrum office they tell me this people are inside of walmart are 3 party they can't take responsibility for whatever they tell me. I call expectrum costumer service this lady confused me. Every person I was able to talk said different things.

They don't have TRUE Fiber. They run one fiber cable from your power to an internet box and copper cables everywhere else.

I’ve been a Spectrum (and formerly Time Warner) customer since I moved to Frisco. I’ve always thought that calling the Spectrum customer service is the best way to get any issue resolved. However, I went to the Spectrum store in Frisco today and Jazmin changed this whole perspective for me. She’s AMAZING with customer service. She was able to work with me to meet all my requests and keep me a happy customer after all. I’ll definitely go to this store again for any future issues. THANK YOU Jazmin!!!

Went to this location to pickup the modem/router. Lady working over got the modem and router box later took it back and said not available please come back tomorrow. When i asked for any other location that has it simply said No not available anywhere. I was able to pickup from Plano location on the same day and the representative over there was very helpful and got my mobile switched to spectrum as well.

Love their bags !!I have been a spectrum customer for 4+ years and have loved their service.I definitely ask for a sling tote bag whenever I visit their store.
