My first time at the one and have no complaints and I’m a daily Starbucks customer. My latte was hot and my blueberry muffin was perfect.Parking: No worries there’s always a spot.

I frequent at Starbucks around the country and get great service ??? NOT TODAY SMH I walked in to the Teel & Main St. Location, had 3 workers look me in the face and not greet me at all. (1 of which was clearly off the clock out of uniform and shouldn't have been behind the counter just leaning on the food display.) As I get to the counter (still no greet) just one employee asked the other "Where's John?." In which the other employee responded " I don't know, that's a good question." Several minutes later a crew member finally walks up, doesn't welcome me just asks what I was having. Once my order was placed, I waited patiently for my name to be called (Starbucks protocol, mind you there was only 1 order aside from mine) only to walk up and see my drink had been sitting there already SMH. They didn't even attempt to say my name, terrible customer service, terrible experience all the way around ?? I definitely won't be coming back to this location ??

I have hesitated to write a review about this, but this has continued on for too long, it’s just too much to stay quiet. On multiple occasions, this place has failed to make my orders properly. I honestly don’t know why, but I’ve never had issues with other places as I do at this place. Across various beverages I’ve ordered, so many come out wrong. What I’m so confused about is isn’t there a recipe they should be following for every single drink? This has happened all too often. I’ve stayed quiet many times losing money. In other occasions I’ve gone back or called about the issue. And despite their response being, “when you come back next time let us know and we’ll replace it for free”… they don’t always keep their word. Listen, these drinks are not cheap AT ALL. And to let so many slide without a refund or replacement, it’s gotten out of control. I just want my Starbucks drinks, that’s all. I don’t have all the time in the world to make u-turns to talk to someone yet again about a bad order. I feel awful when this happens, makes me feel horrible. Drinks have been way too watery, with no flavor, or just plain yucky. I honestly don’t get it. What could possibly be causing this many drinks to be made this bad? PLEASE STARBUCKS TEAM @ MAIN & TEEL FRISCO, PLEASE FOLLOW THE RECIPES ?

Employee by the name of Rachel was extremely rude. I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for seven years on average three times a week and never have I experienced such horrible service from Rachel. I spoke to two managers and they apologized and said they would deal with the situation. As a reminder, if you have such an employee as Rachel with such a bad attitude, she should not be anywhere within the store dealing with customers. Maybe the best place for her is to keep the store tidy (bathrooms, condiment station, etc.) rather than rolling her eyes, and lying to customers who come through her window.

This is my local Starbucks. They always get my drinks right, employees are very friendly and one employee even offered my dog a pup cup! Thanks for being so nice.Vegetarian options: Mozzarella and Tomato sandwich.Kid-friendliness: Starbucks is always nice to kids.. kids like the cake pops.

Absolutely terrible customer service. When I received the two iced mochas I knew some was wrong. They said it was white chocolate which I have never ordered anywhere. But of course the employee blamed me. So she remakes with an attitude. When I get the drinks I noticed it was nothing but ice. I'm sure she figured I wouldn't notice till I left. I asked for a refund. When I asked where is the full refund I was informed that they can't refund the tip. So let me get this right. I have to tip you for absolutely not doing your job correctly?I will update when I get a return call from their regional manager.......

The staff is friendly and quick. It generally takes about 4-5 minutes to get the order once placed. The cafe is a bit crowded in the mornings and that’s obvious. If you have a Starbucks app, I recommend to order ahead so that your order will be ready by the time you reach the store.Found it helpful? Don’t forget to hit ??

The cashier was super nice, but whoever was on duty to make the pastries was extremely extremely rude. My name is spelled ZEHRA and she pronounced it Zaria, so I didn’t know that the pastry she made was for me or not. After waiting a little bit I made eye contact with the cashier and kindly let him know that I was waiting on the pasty but to take their time, I then hear her tell the cashier that “I said her name to her face two times and she didn’t say anything” which is false because she never said my actual name or anything remotely close to it. Extremely disappointing.

I ordered a grande iced caramel macchiato today and I was sitting at the long table on the side. I waited almost 20+ minutes for my drink because the goth girl working behind the counter put my drink in an odd spot on the serving counter and I couldn’t see it, not only that but I didn’t hear her say my name at all?? I wasn’t listening to music and was fully attentive. When I got up to go ask where my drink was I saw it in that odd area on the counter that I wouldn’t have seen. I don’t know why she put my drink there when the others were putting everyone else’s drink in the same area. The drink was watery and way too milky, I asked politely if I could have an extra espresso shot instead of having them remake my drink, and I waited like 15 minutes for just one espresso shot, when it wasn’t even that busy and it was well staffed!? So I just left without getting my espresso shot. This place sucks!!!!
