I've been a happy customer of Starwood pharmacy for a few years now . The delivery service has been impecable , but I must say , Lauren and Carmen had been instrumental in always coordinating and finding the right meds and the right time . In this time and age , customer service and the willingness to help makes the difference in my eyes , key differentiator !

Communication is top notch and customer service is beyond. Texting is how we communicate and is preferred. Much easier on my end. I have used this pharmacy for almost a year and they never disappoint! Always on time, super friendly, and very professional.

I love my pharmacy! And everyone who helps me when I have questions! They always contact the doctors office and get my prescriptions refilled. Love them so much! I refuse to use any other pharmacy! My drivers always text me before they drop and when they drop off. ♥️♥️♥️ ?

Everything about this place is AMAZING! The customer service is well above 5 stars. They are quick, attentive to all my questions and refills and refill requests. The delivery is super quick, like quicker than Amazon! And the delivery driver, Gabriel, is always pleasant and communicates his ETA and delivery drop off. I will never go to another pharmacy. Thank you STARWOOD for everything you do.

My endocrinologist sent my prescriptions to this pharmacy and I AM NOT SAD! This pharmacy is the best thing to ever happen to me. Every time i call with questions or for refills i speak with Lauren and by golly she is the sweetest, most helpful person. She takes the time and patience to speak to me. You’d never know if she might be having a bad day cause her voice always has a smile and kindness. My meds have been delivered the next day every single time. It’s one less thing i have to worry about in my busy life. Seriously the BEST pharmacy I’ve ever used. I don’t ever want to have to move a prescription from this location. Thank you STARWOOD for being the best there is.

First few times using this pharmacy was great. They were quick, on top of it, and I could always get ahold of someone if I needed something. First issue, I was supposed to get a 90 day supply of one of my prescription but only received a 30 day supply. I had to call the pharmacy and speak to several people to find out they could only send me 30 days at a time because they did not have enough to send me a 90 day supply. Second issue, I started having to call the pharmacy each time I needed a refill sent because they stopped processing/sending my prescriptions when they were due for a refill. Third issue, it has been 5 days now that I have been unable to get ahold of the pharmacy. I had to call my doctor to get a new prescription sent to another pharmacy so I could get my prescription that was supposed to be sent to me 2 weeks ago… The impression I have is that they do not have the staff or supplies to support the amount of prescriptions/patients they have, unfortunately.

I had surgery yesterday and was prescribed antibiotics. My doctorput in my prescription same day and I received a text from Starwood pharmacy to call them. I called and was told my rx would be delivered tomorrow, - which is today - Friday. No delivery came. So I called and was told the delivery will not be here until Monday which is NOT what I was told previously when I called which I would have never agreed to being that it was prescribed for 3 days until my next surgery on Monday. Not once was an apology or acknowledgement of this error given. She offered to cancel the rx so I can fill it at another pharmarcy which does NOT help me being that my doctors office is now closed and I do not have way to get to another pharmacy right now. She should have ensured my rx was delivered to me ASAP due to their error. Poor communication and customer service!
