I had an outstanding experience at Stonebriar Chevrolet. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. Tyler and Esteban are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive, answering all my questions and ensuring I found the perfect vehicle for my needs.

Terrible customer service. Don't expect any type of care from anyone in this organization after your transaction is complete. They only care about "moving metal" as they say on the sales floor. I have been let down on multiple occasions by these people. Would never buy another vehicle here again, nor recommend anyone else to go there.

first time I've ever had my car serviced at Stonebriar since changing ownership
Everybody seem to be friendly and I'm assuming request for initial service on my 2023 C8 LT 3 convertible Corvette was done sufficiently
Don't really know cause I drove it home and Parkette in the garage

***UPDATE***
My sales rep. contacted me back today Sep. 11 to resolve my problem. Came and took my car to get it fixed and returned it to me with no further problems. I am thankful that they kept their word and fixed it.
On the month of July, I acquired a used car from them. I didn’t even had it for a week when the check engine light turn on. I called them and they asked me to go back to get it checked out. I left it over night and they never bother to call back with an update. I called back and they said the part was backed ordered. Told me that I could drive it like that and they promised to fix it once the part was delivered. My sales rep, Jeremiah, was nice enough to call me a week after that to let me know that the part was still back ordered and asked to recommend him to my friends and to share his number. It is now September and I am still waiting for them to fix what they promised they would. I have tried calling to get an update but they always promise to call back and so far they haven’t.

This dealership is untrustworthy. They charged me $700 for a tire sensor. Then they tack on $100 for dealer fees. They didn’t even fill up the tires with air. They noted on the service contract that it would be washed and vacuumed. It clearly wasn’t and the service advisor lied to my face that it was. How can I even trust if they did the multipoint inspection? Also, the cashier didn’t know I was standing around the corner and was concerned about a customer signature missing. She said that she would fake it like she always does. I swear you cannot make this stuff up.

Maria in service department works very hard to have your vehicle repaired and returned to you. I would like to thank her for a great job she does.

Had a great experience with Eduardo and the team. They met our needs, heard our requests and never tried to sell us on something we didn’t want. Definitely the best car dealership I’ve been to yet!

I will condense a very long and never-ending nightmare we have been dealing with since buying a car at Stonebriar. My husband and I bought a 2024 Tahoe from Stonebriar in March 2024. The salesman was nice and we agreed on a price fairly quickly. We decided to finance part of it and once we were in the finance department, TJ pushed us to sign with an interest rate of 9.99%. I knew that our rate should have been 6% or less. He came back with an interest rate over 7% and we still refused to sign. TJ told us that Stonebriar was negotiating a lower rate of 6% based on us buying the bumper-to-bumper warranty which we did not want. He said that Stonebriar would “buy down the rate or move dealer funds around” to get a lower interest rate on our loan IF we bought the warranty. We agreed. I later learned that this was untrue. I went to the dealership and confronted TJ and he told me that he would have to wait a couple of months to refund it (which I believe was also a lie). I put everything in writing a few days later and asked to see proof that buying the warranty affected our interest rate. The dealership simply responded “we will start the process of cancelling your coverage.” That was 6 months ago and it has not been cancelled.
To make matters worse, the car was in the shop on week 1 for the sound not working. The Tahoe has had issues ever since including the sound not working, the GPS not working, and random glitches which occur at least 2 times per week. I was told that the service department would not even look at the car if these issues were not happening while the vehicle was there. So one day, I drove from Dallas while my brand new car was glitching out and when I got there, the service department would not even look at it or even make a note of it. They said that I had to schedule an appointment…I explained that it was impossible since the problem is intermittent and they continued to tell me I needed an appointment. My husband has spoken to both the salesman and the service department about this and they have promised to have the service manager call him multiple times and nothing.
It’s extremely disappointing that we spent so much money here and they lied to us and will not support us after selling us a vehicle that doesn’t work properly. (Even having the warranty that I didn’t want, they won’t honor it and look at the car.)
