I love this store! Every time we come her Mrs. Luz and Mrs. Martha Are always smiling and take great care of us! Love how they make my family and I feel welcome and appreciated. They take service with a smile to the next level.

Last night, around 8pm, I visited this subway location. while paying I tried to redeem a coupon. But the lady refused to accept a valid coupon without any valid explanation. I'm very surprised as to how a franchise act in such an arbitrary way!

The staff was great- very friendly. But when I go pay for my order, they tell me this store does not take the coupons that get mailed out. Really disappointed in that. I also tried the new churro and it was awful. Very chewy. Come on owners!! Take the coupons.

Went in to pick up order, guy was in the phone the whole time, taking just to talk, COMPLETELY messed up my order, put everything I wanted on my sandwich in the other one I ordered, then you can’t even get ahold of anyone at the store. Phone just rings. I will NEVER step foot back in this damn place.

This place has old, gross produce, employees who barely speak English, and "Luz" who was coughing all over the place. Also, whoever decided to put sauce on top of all the other ingredients instead of on the toasted bread should be sentenced to eat sloppy sandwiches for the rest of their lives. It is a real bummer that the chain who coined "sandwich artists" have created what can only be described as a crayon based Jackson Pollock. May God have mercy on us all.

One of the worst subway I would say. The food is very bad, mostly important the employees so rude and unprofessional. My kid has been a great fan of subway sandwich, The employee who prepared my kids sandwich is so rude, she says it’s her first day and won’t give manager phone number to provide the feedback. Would never recommend this place to anyone.Vegetarian options: The lettuce looks so dirty and old and I had to ask to remove them, but she put it back.. god bless the customers eat here

I had a disappointing experience with my recent Subway order. The ingredients seemed less fresh compared to other branches, and the sandwich was poorly made with unwanted toppings, along with the meat having an unpleasant odor. I'm giving it one star as the quality was far from satisfactory.

Unprofessional behavior by the Employees, reflective of poor and AUTHORITARIAN leadership at the top (Trina Kuan). Supposedly, Trina does not honor the corporate prices on the Subway app although they are very much participating in the corporate deals from there to attract more traffic. It was a menial dispute but the entire experience has left me so bummed that an honest review is in order.Unfortunately, employees are not authorized to make even the smallest decisions such as a bottle of coke v/s a fountain drink and although they agreed with my frustration about price differences and wanted to honor the Subway App prices, they were forced to call Trina on a speaker phone (with 10 other people around in the store) to get her approval to honor the $ 1.50 differential. In the employees exact words to Trina on the call- "We have another customer who is showing us the Subway App about the bottle of coke, what should we do". What happened after that was completely unnecessary and could have been easily avoided by someone with customer service 101 training but the authoritarianism took over.Thankfully, there are a ton of subways within a few miles of this location. I would not be going there again.

I visited this store on 7/9/23 around 5pm. The two young men did an excellent job. They worked fast and took pride in their work. The sandwiches weren’t sloppy as other Subways in the area. Overall, it was great experience.
