Just got home with a take out order. The six inch sandwich had about a 6” long dark hair baked into the Artisan bread. Also got a foot long pretzel that was burned on the bottom, and so tough you couldn’t even tear off a piece. Only thing edible was a bag of lays. Way too expensive to have to trash a meal. DO BETTER! ???

The kids meal is clearly posted $4.49. Comes with a mini sub, juice box and either an applesauce or a cookie. I purchased 2 kids meals. When I looked at my receipt, I was charged $4.79. When made the cashier aware of this, she said that because it's the meal. I pointed to the menu and said, well it's posted at $4.49. She said that's for just the mini sub. I then said, then why is posted as a kids meal and what you get and $4.49? So check you receipt. Shady if you ask me.

The employees are somewhat slow, don't understand English very well, had to repeat myself half a dozen times. Dont give senior or military discounts, store was somewhat disorganized, acted like oh well so I won't use this Little Elm, subway again. I'll go back to firehouse subs which are better subs, I stopped here cause it was on my way home, sorry subway you need to fix everything to stay in business.

I was just in this location. I walked In they're 2 people working one person is mopping the floor and the other person is behind the counter. I go to the end of the counter to order my sandwich and I wait, and wait. The person continued mopping the floor and the person behind the counter doesn't come to take my order. I wait and still nothing so I walk out. I wouldn't normally post a review but this is the 2nd time something like this has happened at this location. The 1st time my wife and I walk in 20 minutes before the location closes and when we walk in they staff tells us they are closed even though it's 20 minutes before the listed closing time. I will not be returning to this location. Subway do better.

This isn't a good locationLook at your sandwich before you eat it ,I found hair in mine,and the vegetables are wet/soggy.Overall bad locationI don't want a refund, I'll try other locations.

Horrible customer service. This Indian lady is ripping people off and gets on peoples nerves!!! I have stopped coming here for 4 years and will not come back!! This is America we have options.

Ordered online for pick up 11:25am 11/28/2022. Arrived a little earlier and there was only one walk-in customer. I told the subway lady I was there for 11:25am pickup. After that walk in customer left, I thought the lady was gonna make mine order since it had already 11:20am. I was standing there for another 10 minutes, apparently she did not make anything for me. There was no one in the restaurant except me during the whole 10minutes. At 11:30am another walk-in customer came in, the lady started to take care the new customer. I was a little upset because it had already passed the 11:25am and she still had not made my order and just letting me standing there. I politely asked her if it should be first come first serve? Then she was so mean and said “you wait or I give you money back?” Excuse me?? I was there for 15 minutes already and no other customer in the restaurant, and she did not make my order and ask me to take refund?????? I was so upset and ask her why she did not make my order since it had already passed the pickup time and no customer at the restaurant either. She was so rude and yelling “I do not wanna talk to you!” Because I was in rush and had no time to go other place since she already waste my time, I told her I wanna my food. Then she finally started to make my order at 11:35am. I was in a rush, so I took the order and went back office directly. When I open the bag, I found she made the order wrong. The bread is cold. I ordered lettuce, but she did not give me any lettuce. I was so disappointed with today’s experience. I have been always order subway online frequently, this is the first time I met a such rude and unprofessional stuff. Not sure the lady’s name, but she should be fired. I need an apology and refund as well. Definitely will talk to the manager.

Just walked into the store today. Customer service was horrendous !!!! Two individuals looked at me and neither one even acknowledged me. No greeting No anything!!!. Ingredients did not look fresh at all, neither was the store !!!

Avoid this subway. The bread was undercooked and no one greets you. They also do not honor the coupons. Seems the owner doesn't want to cut his profits. He should better open a stand alone shop instead of being a chain and use the brand for getting customers....no wonder this place was empty.

If it says you stay open until 9:00 p.m. you should definitely probably do that... These pictures were taken at 8:45 they were already closed and wouldn't let me in.

Place an online order and it was not made as ordered. When I walked in; the place was empty and there was no one up front. I grab the order from the rack and left. With the lack of customer they had enough time to make the order correctly. There was no reason for ingredients missing and the bread did not seem fresh. Also, I never thought someone could mess up a salad until now. This goes without saying; but will do it anyway.. I will not order online or in person from this location in the future. SMH!!!
