My family and I came in to get a SIM card for a family friend to use during their stay in the US. Their employee failed to inform us the phone we brought in will not work under their network because it’s old. Had us pay for pre-paid plan and everything and told us it’ll be fine and to come back for any issues. We came back 10-15 minutes later because there was an issue and found out from another employee (because he left his shift) that the old phone won’t work and we cannot get a refund because it’s pre-paid. I’m not mad at the fact that we couldn’t get a refund but at the fact that their employee failed to inform us about this after looking at our phone to change the SIM card and everything. We were told they will address this but we won’t know if they will. Hopefully no one else runs into an issue similar to this.

You have to trade-in a phone just to upgrade. Just another ridiculous store with its own rules. Buy your phone somewhere else.

We came to T-Mobile store at Stonebriar mall. Adam did an outstanding job in supporting. My wife's old phone was not turning on at all. All her contact list, pictures, videos etc. was not accessible. Adam pressed two buttons at the same time and turned the phone on. This was a highly unusual step. He spent time in patiently explaining and setting up a few important things my wife needed on her new phone.My wife decided that she would go to ONLY this store going forward.?

After fully completing my contract. I cancelled service. Then they continued to charge me after I called and cancelled. They then sent it to collections without contacting me. They Would not work with me at all even though t mobile was clearly in the wrong. Don't waste your money with this terrible, unscrupulous company. They will continue to charge you after you cancel and act like you didn't call and cancel. Thievery

Never come to this store!!! I walked in with my wife and son and because he is still young I closed the front door as a safety and the store employee walked over and yelled at us for closing the door. "Is this you that closed the door? And that was the reason? Don't close the door!"Never have I had someone come up to us and behave this way. This store seriously needs to be shut down for this act of aggression towards there customer.

Came here to switch carriers and get a new phone. Sophia was awesome to work with and helped find the phone I wanted, get it set up, and get my number transferred over to T-Mobile. The customer service all around was amazing and made me feel like I could pop back in anytime if I had any questions or issues.

Help - I have had issues with my set up since day 1 - nothing set up correctly and when a new tech comes out they say the previous tech was wrong. This last time the tech out his hand through my TV (before thanksgiving) accidentally in set up and I still can't get anyone to help resolve my issues!!

This is my go to TMobile store now! Paul, store manager, was fast and efficient in greeting me when I walked into the store. The 2 sales people were with someone, so we waited a little bit and looked at the phones. The wait wasn't long at all. Victor was very thorough in explaining the difference of the 2 phones I was looking at. Thank you so much for helping me select the right phone. You guys are great!
