I went for inspection and fluid check and top off. The guy told me fluids were fine. I drove 10 minutes and the car overheated. The tow driver said the coolant was empty. So they either lied about checking it or didn’t actually look very hard at it.

Manager was very rude to his coworkers plus the customers I was trying to pull out a coupon and he wouldn’t trust in his suspecting me why I’m trying to get the network and get the coupon pulled up coupon did not scan, but he got really mad at me also, the manager is very very disrespectful and action should be taken right away.

Best inspection service in years, so happy to have chosen this business and location, excellent customer service beginning to end. George was not only very polite and professional, but also very knowledgeable responding to my questions about other services like oil changes. Will come back for sure.

Stopped in to get an oil change and the customer service was impeccable! Took care of me on a personal level and my truck as well. Nick Galina did a great job. I’ll be seeing you guys next time

This was my first and last visit to Take 5. After waiting an hour in the line for a “10-15min oil change.” Nick(who was one of the managers) was very rude! I will not be going back. Thanks to Mercedes and Edwin for trying to make the situation better.

I visited this place yesterday for my car’s state inspection. I had the same work done here eight months ago on my other car, and the experience was just as smooth this time. They told me upfront about the wait, and the process was simple since I didn’t need to get out of the car. Once my vehicle pulled into the bay, they finished the inspection quickly and issued the certificate. They also completed a courtesy check of fluids and filters. I recommend this place.

Not the fastest or the cleanest they're pretty disorganized and they spilled the oil when they put it in and I wasn't very happy with the wait. It took about an hour just to get in there once I was in there they were plenty fast enough but like I said the guy spilled the oil all over my engine that made me upset and he didn't even say sorry or anything which he should have and they didn't do a very good job wiping it off and it dripped off the engine for about 3 or 4 days left the spot where I park this is not a good experience. Someone contacted me and said to call the manager but you can't because the number is always busy this shows how much they really care they don't I'm changing my review to one star after telling me to call the store and then not being able to call them.

This place isn’t a take 5…it’s take a freaking hour of sitting in your car. Won’t be back here again and it cost me $147 just for an oil change...I will never go back there again.
