Went here for an oil change. They did not replace oil in my car and told me I was good to leave. When starting the car in the bay my car started to shake. I told Jorge and other technicians multiple times I was not pulling out my car until they figured out what was happening. I then began to video record them. They asked me to circle parking lot which was done and car died. I got my attorney on the phone, made them restart the entire process. This time actually saw them place oil in the car, guess what-NO SOUND or shaking. However, multiple engine lights on and with all cylinders misfiring. I have reached out to corp office. I was told a manager would be calling me from this location and that has not happened. After posting on social media, I have found this is not the first incident with this location for the exact same thing causing substantial damage to vehicles. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

I really try to avoid doing a bad review but they did not do a good job with my oil change. This was my first time coming here. After we had the oil change done the car had an oil burning smell. My wife and 1 year old daughter had to inhale that stuff and it was awful. Eventually I opened the hood and there was oil over the engine. It was evident that the dip stick was not locked in properly. The reason why I am giving two stars rather than one is because the two guys that helped me were very apologetic when I bought the car back. They cleaned everything up and replaced the oil. Since then I have had no issues. However I will not be coming back here again.

We went today and This customer who acted like a little boy is going to write a bad review just because the manger told him loudly to turn his wheel so he could go up the ramp and not damage his car and the dude got out his car and claimed he started yelling at him before he started driving. Dude In car was obviously waiting for a moment like this and obviously has never been told to do anything in his life to act that way when the manager told him like he told us to do a simple thing turn the steering wheel….. manger handled it very well and was pretty badass cuz the dude asked for his name then called him John and manger made sure to say it was MATTHEW cuz he don’t gaf cuz the little man child was obviously the one in the wrong.

It really is , don't get out of the car! It does talks 5 . Sometimes you have to wait to get in the Take 5 position but it's worth it!

I normally bring my cars here to get my oil changed and it runs smoothly. However, today when I arrived for a state inspection, things did not go so well. When I pulled in I immediately informed them I needed a state inspection with NO Oil Change. I sat there for about 10 minutes and finally someone asked about an oil change and again I said no ONLY state inspection. I then paid for the inspection and was informed I needed to pull the car around to the side. I pulled to side as instructed behind a car and waited. The attendant outside informed me I should back up and let a second car in. This car was ahead of me in "the line". I said that was not possible because I have already been waiting 20 minutes and all the other cars that were ahead of me were gone. I was then instructed to pull the car back inside to a bay (where I started) so they could now START the inspection. Almost 40 minutes later, with very few customers there, I'm done. Bottom line: Poor communication and improvement needed in efficiency.

Huge shout out to their crew! I had visited two other competitors for my state inspection. The customer service at those locations was terrible. I wound up at Take 5 as a recommendation and am thankful for the service received. The inspector was kind and patient and extremely helpful and above all...ethical. Each of their team members made it worth my drive there for the inspection and I will recommend them again and again. Thank you for turning my bad day into a good one on account of amazing service!!

Matthew’s team were just supposed to perform a standard oil change on my vehicle, switch out for new wiper blades and that’s it. Well, I’m now sitting in a Meineke shop because they drained transmission fluid as well. Been sitting for about an hour and other than “sorry, we will take care of it”…I’ve had no other communication. Of course they should accept responsibility for their mistake…but now I’m losing my day of work because I’m in a shop waiting for their mistake to be fixed.

Brandon was amazing! This is not the closest take 5 to where I live but it will be where I come every time for a oil change! Quick efficient and friendly. He was very good with letting me know the small issues with my 15+ year old truck! Will be back here every time.Had to edit this and add that Mod came in at the end and took the customer service to the absolute next level! Solid team y'all have here!

The price is fair and they got me in and out in not too much time.Didn’t have to leave my vehicle, which was nice too.However one of the technicians named Matthew got pretty rude when I said no to being sold on a filter.

Always friendly, fast service, offers water for the customer and makes it a point to answer all questions. I didn’t have to get out of my car with my child to get the oil change or the inspection completed. ?

This clown that worked there lost my screw to my air filter housing. Instead of him saying I'm sorry I lost it and that they would replace it. This clown closed my hood and told me I was all set. Luckily I pay close attention any time my car is worked on by any mechanic because I know how dishonest they can be. So when I seen him drop the screw I still gave him the benefit of a doubt that he found it and placed it on my vehicle. So soon as I pulled out of the bay I popped my hood and saw that it was definitely missing. I addressed it with the so called mechanic who was surprised that I caught his mistake so quickly. So he says they will have to order the part from the dealership which is already closed for today and asked if I could come back Monday for them to put it on. I said sure. Before arriving Monday morning, I called the dealership to do my own research on how much the part would cost and how long it would take for to be delivered once ordered.The gentleman told me at the dealership that it would take about 24 hours once the part was ordered. And it was only a $6 part. So when I went back to Take 5.So when I went back to Take 5 and pulled up to the establishment? I asked the gentleman about the screw that was supposed to be ordered for me. The manager promptly said we're still waiting for the dealership to open so we can order the part. I'd then state it that the dealership was already open and had been since 7am. The part was gonna be 6 dollars, and if you ordered it today, it could be here by tomorrow. The manager looked surprised that he was caught in his own lie. Because clearly, they were not even thinking about ordering my part. So I had spend more time driving back up there the next day to insure my car was as it was when I brought it in originally. In conclusion, this is why I recommend that anybody and everybody stay away from this establishment. Because once they have your money, they don't care about your vehicle at all. By the way I never received an apology for they're mistake. SMH.

Wonderful experience, Aiden and Alexander took care of me and went above and beyond to help out even though it was 107 outside. I was quite impressed with the staff, they offered me water while I was waiting, but I got right in and back on the road quickly. I will be coming here again.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

This is my fourth oil change here,but this time The screws on the splash shield are missing since we did our oil changes yesterday. It always rubs against the ground when I drive, Although they fixed it,but the splash shield has scratches,they did not say sorry or anything

Went to get a regular oil change for my Hyundai. This was my first experience with Take 5 and it won't be my last! The staff are knowledgeable and kind- they offered me a water while I waited. Mechanics are impressionable and friendly. Good prices and they changed my air filter as well. My car is happy and so am I!
