I bought a TV that was too big for my car. Valentin was super helpful from start to finish and helped me carry my TV to my car and attempt to fit it then waited for me until an Uber came. I’m new to Dallas and don’t know anyone and he helped made a stressful situation way less stressful. Absolute professional. Deserves a raise.

We love this Target ? location. Their selection is unmatched in the metroplex. The toys, clothes, baby items and more are much more vast in the selections available than other Target ? stores ?.

Had the worst experience with drive up order sat outside for an hour not one person came to ask me about my order I had to go inside today and grab my order. Let me add other people would come and go but I was sitting outside for over an hour. I’m very disappointed in this target I’ll be going to others as they customer service is trash here

I ordered nutrition bars for pickup a day before travels. This location displayed that it was in stock and my pickup was ready to go. I opted for a drive-up pick-up and unfortunately this caused incredible, undue inconvenience. I was given my order, and it was my order, under my name - except completely different items. I reparked, headed to the store, and was prompted to stand in a 20-minute line - to figure out their mistake. After 20 minutes, the associate told me to grab the items myself to checkout, but then also to go through the return process in the “return” line which appeared to be double the length, another 30 minutes! A few customers around me were surprised. No apology, no explanation, no reason. I asked perhaps if the item was out of stock and that’s they messed up the order? An “I don’t know”. I had to explain that I had urgent travels, and to process the return now while I’m here being assisted. I go back and check if my items are on their shelf. And it was - fully in stock. I’m simply shocked at the lack of customer service and inconvenience. My return was processed on the spot only after my request. I ran to the food aisle, grabbed the items, and checked it out myself.After reading several other reviews, I would not recommend this location/Target at all for their customer service.

Target provides a one-stop shopping experience with a wide range of products. The store layout is well-organized, making it easy to navigate. Staff are generally helpful, and the checkout process is efficient. While prices are competitive, occasional sales and promotions add extra value. A reliable choice for everyday shopping needs.

Average super Target. Sometimes they do not have enough checkout lanes open leaving self checkout very busy.Self checkout line is usually long but moves at a fair pace.This super target has Starbucks and designated wine area.

Today I placed an online, drive up order and when I arrived home I found my trunk full of soap from a shampoo bottle that was left undone on purpose and my bananas were smashed, inedible. Everything in my order was soaking in soap. I had to call the online customer service line not this store line but the actual Target customer service on line and then they were kind enough to help me and resolve this matter. I tried calling this store and it was very difficult to get a hold of anyone and when I finally did it was a pay setter is what she called herself. No manager just a pay setter and I heard laughing in the background of this call, her name was Cathy Constantio and she did nothing to help me with this matter just said “I know that can be frustrating “ My car is full of shampoo, soap and I drove an hour to get that specific soap. I had to throw everything away because it was so frustrating to get home in such a long drive and find all this covered in soap. I wasn’t able to drive all the way back to return all of this. I do not recommend going to this store. It is not conducted well like a Target. This is sad to see this, I hope this changes soon

Will not pick up the phone. Have tried calling several times and on multiple different days to see if my lost wallet had been turned in and no department will answer the phone.

As a whole, I like Target. Like many women, I am (a small part, but still a part) of why Target remains in business. Though we can discuss Target’s women’s clothing buyer in a separate review. ? Unfortunately, this specific Target location leaves something to be desired in the customer service area. I would drive the extra miles to the Target in my old town if I could, that is how disappointing this Target is… I can elaborate, if needed, but my advice is to find another location if possible or go across the street to Market Street where you are guaranteed to always be treated like a person. Plus, this Target seems to always be sold out of something I really need and I have to go somewhere else anyway. If someone from this Target is reading this, here is my advice… first, always apologize to the customer if there is an issue because that starts the encounter off on the right foot. Remember, the people with issues have spent their hard earned money and deserve for the issue to be corrected. Never treat a customer as though they are being dishonest and, for the love of Pete, have someone answer the customer service phone… at least sometimes. I have never had a customer service phone call answered at that Target. Not once. Not that I call a lot, but have had to call enough that, at some point, at least one call should have been answered. Do your best until you know better and then do better.
