  Kelvin provided an excellent customer experience when we visited the showroom. He was extremely knowledgeable on the product lines and was gracious with his time while we tested multiple beds and answered every question we had. He did not try to force a sale and made sure that we had all the details we needed to make a purchase when ready. Highly recommend Kelvin if you are in the market for a new mattress.

  Great Experience with my purchase, although multiple stores sell the same mattress, Fantastic service by Kelvin and Koby was my only reason for making my purchase with them, kelvin went an extra mile to help me make my choice... O did I mention great customer service.. knowledgeable, patient and willingness to educate me to help make my decision, keep up the great work guys.

  My wife and I had a fantastic experience at the Stonebriar Tempur-Pedic Flagship store thanks to Kelvin. The experience differed from other brands, as there was absolutely no pressure on our side to make a purchase or upgrade to the priciest model. Kelvin offered us accurate information, pleasant conversation and allowed us all the time we needed. From the information provided, you will be able to trust what is told regarding pricing and quality. We left with some wonderful deals and will be receiving our new mattress tomorrow, less than a week after our purchase date! Highly suggest making the trip to the Stonebriar location!!

  If you need or just a new bed do yourself a favor and go see Kelvin at the Frisco flagship store. He was so kind and patient with me, my wife and my daughter as we shopped and changed our minds a million times. He is extremely knowledgeable about all the products they sell and what works best with how you sleep. We ended up with a smart pro adjustable base and Tempur-Pedic mattress and it truly is life changing. Thank you for everything Kelvin!

  Excellent customer service! They took as much time as I needed and answered all my questions. I was able to text the store manager (Kelvin) with questions and always got a quick response. We learned so much about Tempur-Pedic mattresses. Kelvin and Dylan were very knowledgeable. I couldn’t be happier with our purchase.
