Very disappointed with the customer service. I had an allergic reaction to one of their beauty products and asked if I could at least exchange it for store credit to buy something non-beauty related. Instead of showing any concern, they weren’t flexible. It feels like they care more about money than their customers. Many of the beauty items seem poor quality and possibly toxic — be careful before buying here. I won’t buy anything from this store brand anymore.

Found a great Japanese Store in Frisco which has wide range of products of Japanese like Snacks, Foot Ware, Makeup products and many more. Very nice to visit the store. Must recommend if you’re looking for Japanese style store.
