The Brass Effect is great! Super responsive and Antonio knows his stuff. He came and fixed everything our old vendor was ignoring. Our alarm system is fully functional for the first time in almost a year!

Antonio responded to our request quickly. We had a quote and had service completed within 2-3 days from contacting him. We had issues that prolonged the installation but Antonio and his team were great and went the extra mile so my husband could get service by the weekend.Thank you guys for all that you did my husband and I truly appreciate your assistance.I would recommend Antonio and his team they did a great job and were very down to earth and easy to order with.Thanks again.Shontel Pearson

After the owners divorce he left all his old equipment and servers for anyone to take!! Who knows what sensitive information was left on these old servers and computers? Would you trust him to protect your sensitive information? He doesn't even file tax returns!! He hasn't paid his court ordered child support in months and doesn't pay his kids medical bills. He has physically abused his kids and ex wife and has had CPS investigate him on numerous occasions. Owner is a complete scumbag.

These guys are the absolute worst in the business. Do not even consider them for your business or personal IT needs. Regular billing mistakes and errors. No organization at all, my company computers & emails were hacked more than once including QuickBooks under their watch. Excuses for everything they do, always blame someone or something else for the IT problems they create or left us vulnerable to. When I finally discontinued using them the owner of this company maliciously got into or server remotely and pulled MS licenses and totally crippled my business operations. Black screens on every computer and our network was disabled. He refused to contact us and give us our passwords to rebuild the network. He incorrectly double billed us for MS licenses and we paid him thousands for the same equipment twice. It has cost me thousands of dollars to repair and restructure my office computers and network they intentionally destroyed. We have taken this to the authorities. This company is a total train wreck and the owner is the most unprofessional cowardly individual I have ever worked with.
