As a nanny, not a parent, I have a different perspective. Prior to working as a nanny I also worked in education as a fourth grade teacher. I am familiar with how schools work and how they should run.
The administrative team at Goddard does not have tact. They will have personal private conversations with you in the middle of the hallway during drop off without so much is asking you if you have time for a quick conversation in the office.
If there’s a conflict, disagreement, or issue, there should be opportunity to resolve the conflict without the unnecessary additional humiliation of having a private conversation about sensitive things in the hallway.
It also seems worth mentioning that nothing stays private at this school, if you say one thing to one person you should assume the entire school will know what you said.
It’s just not very professional, and for the amount they charge and the reputation they have, you would expect professionalism.
That said, the teachers are Incredibly loving even after the children leave their classroom. Johnetta and Heather are both so friendly, kind, and go above and beyond even though my charge is no longer in their room.

Enrolling our child in The Goddard school of Frisco west has been one of the best decisions we’ve made! From day one, the staff has been incredibly warm, professional, and attentive to every child’s needs. The classrooms are clean, the facility is always clean safe, and filled with engaging activities that encourage learning and creativity. Our child has not only developed essential social skills but also comes home excited to share new things learned each day. The communication from the school is excellent, keeping parents informed and involved. We have complete peace of mind knowing our child is in such a nurturing environment. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a top-tier daycare! 10✨ for sure

We absolutely love the Goddard School! Our daughter has been thriving since she started attending. The teachers are not only incredibly caring but also deeply invested in each child's individual development. The curriculum is well-rounded, combining academic learning with plenty of play and creativity. Our daughter comes home excited to share what she's learned every day, and we’ve seen such a positive impact on her social skills and confidence. The school’s warm and welcoming environment gives us peace of mind knowing she’s in great hands. We highly recommend Goddard to any parent seeking a nurturing and enriching preschool experience!

We love the Goddard School! We toured a few options & this school really stood out in cleanliness, warmth, curriculum, & other activities. We haven’t second guessed our choice once. Ms Sheri & Ms Andi in the infant room are incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and communicative. We’ve put our baby in their care since he was about 5 months old & he’s now almost 11 months old & seems to really look forward to going to school!

We are very happy with our experience at the Goddard School. It has been a great fit for our family. All the staff have gone above and beyond for one of our children with medical needs. We leave our children off in the morning knowing they are in good hands and pick them up with smiles on their faces in the afternoon.

We can’t say enough about the teachers at Goddard. While they may not be family, they treat our children like family.Ms. Andi and Ms. Sheri welcomed our newborns with open arms and made us feel so comfortable. Ms. Eliane provided constant affection and love. Ms. Marakey and Ms. Jerrica have brought out our children’s personalities in the best way. Ms. Yajaira and Ms. Norma have provided warm hugs and a creativite environment. Ms. Netta and Ms. Heather’s consistent high energy somehow made using the potty fun. They are rockstars. Ms. Liezl provided support during a very emotional stage for our threenager. Ms. Erica and Ms. Shellbie introduced music from The Beach Boys, Prince and the Backstreet Boys. Ms. Jaylah has spread silliness and kindness. Ms. Francene never misses a chance to provide a kind word and a gentle smile.We are consistently reminded how much our children are loved. Each of the teachers has left a lasting impact, and our kids are excited to go to school every day.
