Deanne was very pleasant and helpful. I'm a Colorado resident who was in town for the IIHF Ice Hockey U18 World Championship. Deanne helped me purchase official game pucks over the phone then I picked them up in person on Saturday. She even gave me a couple restaurant recommendations. Thank you!

Went here to return a Mavericks jersey that was extremely small for a men's small (was for an 11 yr old). They did not sell Mavericks gear at this location so would not process a return. Company should make accomodations for this issue.

***Update 11/1/2024: Got my jersey back and a special gift inside. This doesn't really change my opinion on the store. But I do appreciate the gesture of the gift.
***Update 10/10/24: The Director reached out to me via phone—he's a very nice guy. There was a vendor issue, but it has been resolved. I'm waiting on my package now.
***Update: Still no response. We are approaching 20 weeks with my jersey.
In 2020, my boss gifted me a blackout jersey. By 2021, I noticed the nametape and numbers were peeling off, and the sleeve numbers were missing. This was a $250+ “authentic” jersey, so I assumed everything should have been stitched on—at least, that’s what I thought.
I began reaching out to The Hangar for help. From 2021 until May 27, 2024, I was repeatedly placed on hold, hung up on, and promised a call back from a manager that never came. After almost three years of this, I finally got a response and sent my jersey in for repairs—even though I live in North Carolina, not Dallas.
Since then, the communication has been abysmal. I’ve received vague, unsigned emails from nameless employees, been ghosted for days, and was even told, “We replied on Monday, not sure why you didn’t get it.” I emailed again on 9/11/24 asking for an update, and—unsurprisingly—got no response.
It’s been 16 weeks since they received my jersey, and I still have nothing to show for it. Their customer service is beyond terrible. Just give me an update or If they can’t return my jersey, the least they could do is refund me or offer some kind of compensation.

Playoff shirt seams completely fell apart after 1 wear and they refused the exchange because it was a worn item, even though it’s not even two weeks old.Update: management reached out and was able to exchange the shirt, all is good!

We'd give them a 5. But their customer service could use some more training. We never feel welcomed anytime we're shopping and the cashiers never make eye contact or really speak to you as they're checking you out. You would think they'd treat people better especially with how pricey their Stars gear is.

Everyone was great, and very helpful! We needed a custom “Blackout”. The manager was able to get the correct numbers done, but couldn’t do a custom name. Not a problem, apparently there’s some deal with Adidas. A step back sometimes gives a leap forward!!! The Hanger said they could get a custom name on the item in 8 weeks. 8 weeks? I get it if you want authentic, hand stitched, by the guy that does it for the Stars, Cowboys, etc…Well, I found the guy, and his team. There they were, surrounded by mountains of MOUNTAINS of jerseys and hockey sweaters. I’m sure they have a “need to know” filing system.If you live in the DFW Area and you want REAL customization, that is not “like” the pros have, but what the pros have, call Blake Sports Lettering.
