Very pleasant and good experience here for the first time. Time will tell to see how long the lashes last, but the lash tech I had was great, tried to accommodate my preferences, took me on time, and finished in time. Application was comfortable. My deduction of a star was that $120 (+ tip) for a first time fill was very expensive (I have had lash extensions for years, just moved here, so this was a fill, not a full set). If they last long enough, it will be a worthwhile charge. Very nice place, very courteous staff, quick scheduling.

This was by far the worst experience I've had with lash extensions. It was my first visit and will certainly be my last. The high Google rating must be misleading or based on paid reviews—I chose this place because of its 4.9-star rating, but I should have checked Yelp, where it barely has 3 stars. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It was overpriced at $179 for a 45-minute session that was supposed to last an hour and a half, especially for a first-time client. I initially signed up for a membership to save money, but after taking a closer look at my lashes, they looked almost exactly the same as when I walked in, with only minor changes. Any competent technician would know that you're supposed to remove extensions that are five weeks old. I would strongly advise to stay away from this place and save your money.

I've been here a couple of times for threading services and enjoy coming back. Linda threads my eyebrows - she is welcoming, extremely nice, and does a great job.

I see Alize every 2 weeks for a classic refill and she does amazing work! I always get compliments on my lashes. Some people even mistake them for natural lashes, and I let them believe it! ?

I was extremely disappointed. This was my first visit, and it will definitely be my last. I signed up for a membership, but I just canceled it. This is by far the worst experience I've had with lash extensions, and I've been getting them for years. The senior stylist who worked on me didn't remove the old lashes I had from another place five weeks ago, and I even noticed a scratch on my right eyelid. I strongly advise staying away from this place.

Update - no reply from owner but she had replier to other reviews since my original posting, which isn't a shock. Had Keonni do my fill today and learned the business structure/pricing: the fills covered by the membership are 30min for a stylist (entry level) and will never get you back to a level 3 full set. So it's just a cash cow. $74.50 for a fill and $96 for a full set and I can't get the original look I loved? $150 a month/$1800 a year and I'll never look the way I did when I said, "I love this! I'll be back!"Oh but you can if you pay extra...$9 more for senior stylist ($83 for a fill) and $22.50 more for master stylist ($97 for a fill)...down the street at Flirty Girl Lash, a hybrid fill is $60 for 30minMy first appointment with Ashley she was 15min late, my second appointment with Ashley she was 30min late...both appointments were in the morning so I scheduled on a Sunday afternoon at 4p. Day of, I was asked if I could come at 345p...I said yes. An hour later I was asked if I could come at 330p because there was a cancelation..I said yes and show up at 320p for a 330p appointment...I wasn't called back until 4p aka 40min after I arrived aka the original time i asked for before being asked to come early.Additionally, I started off with the hybrid level 3 and whenever I get a fill I just remind her that I was at a level 3 and I have a membership so I've never been charged extra until this last time because (unconsulted) she put in 20 extra lashes and they're a dollar each. When I checked out she said the stylists are only allotted a certain amount of time for fills and I believe that is an hour and she took an hour and was 40 min late so I'm trying to make sense of it but I'll just switch to another stylistMy lashes look amazing like literally always but the scheduling isn't considerate of my time and I've endured massive eye irritation because she puts the tape too close to my eye on the bottom so when my eyes water I get the adhesive in my eye and it's too easy to dry my eyes and adjust but that doesn't happen
