The qualify and feel of this furniture is unreal! The most comfortable and best made leather I have ever seen!

I am a longtime customer of The Leather Sofa Co. The quality of the leather is excellent and the craftsmanship is superb. This is furniture to last a lifetime. Working with Marc at the Frisco store is such a pleasure. He even suggested adding my Diana Brooks Law logo to my new office furniture, which added a fun personal touch!

Mark is awesome and very helpful in helping find and create the perfect furniture for your home. The quality of their sofas are excellent. One cannot find better made furniture for the price plus it is all made by hand locally. I would highly suggest these guys.

We had a great experience working with Ray at the frisco location. We had a general idea of what we wanted, and were shown all the options that fit that description. We ended up going with a couch that was in the store but we made full customizations on the computer. The product we received a month later is truly luxurious. We’ve gotten so many compliments and we are very thankful we found this store while driving down the road

Today we purchased our sofa and loveseat at the Grapevine Mills location. Gary Schmidt, was our salesman, he was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. There wasn't a question asked he could not answer. With his guidance we are confident that he helped us make the best decisions for our purchase.
This is our 2nd time of purchasing from them. We looked at other stores this pasted week and returned because their quality of furniture is superior. So ask for Gary when you come to this location. He'll treat you right

Love my new leather sofa and ottoman!!!! It was finished and delivered under anticipated timeline. Communication and updates were timely and delivery was quick and efficient. It was nicely wrapped for its protection, no issues.

The salesman worked hard to make the sale and he sold me alright then he dropped me like a hot potato and actually made the rest of the process more difficult and stressful than it needed to be. I inquired about the financing offered at purchase. He told me that was taken care of once the sofa was made and when I was contacted about delivery which is approximately 6 weeks from date of purchase. This simply isn’t true and he knew it, he just didn’t want to take the time to go through the process of application and approval. I had to go through another sales associate and then ended up having to go back to the actual store to take care of the application for financing. All this had to be done they’d deliver my sofa. Ray in the Frisco store ended up helping me. He went above and beyond to help me over the two day period it took to get all the ducks in a row. Ray is the only redeeming part of the sales experience at Leather Sofa Co. The sofa is beautiful and I have no complaints about the product thus far. Also of note, the delivery man made a comment about the price of my sofa and said he wasn’t “rich like me” and he could only afford to buy his leather sofa at Rooms to Go. This was totally inappropriate and unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable.
